Very cool apartment with loads of interesting spaces. A very nice outside dining area and terrace which unfortunately we weren’t able to use due to the cooler weather. Walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Only comment is that there is no bathroom on the same level as the upstairs bedroom. Both bathrooms are on the lower level.

Excelente location, recommended for families and anyone looking for quite and private stay as you have the whole private villa for your self. Our host Denis was extremely cooperative and always ready to assist where ever he could

Superb kind host. Explained everything about the house and the history. Very big size and functional spa tub. Beautiful curated garden with an outdoor and a rooftop dining areas. Fully functional kitchen for our meals. 10 min walk to vibrant shopping and dining street.

Not suitable for those with mobility challenge. Steps both indoor and outdoor to maneuver. The master room basin leaked but was repaired the next day.

Nothing - everything was perfect

We had a 2.5 hours flight delay from Antalya to Cappadocia. Gizem waited for us to arrive and checked us in with a detailed explanation of the the amenities and how to go about anything needed in the villa. She is an excellent host. She provided all the information required, didn't have to get in touch with her again for anything.

The only awkward part for friends staying was the toilet door. It is a see though glass door.

The hotel was a once in a lifetime experience. You get the whole place to yourself, and it comes with so much history. Everything was well equipped, and what you see in the photo is what you get. Comes with some unexpected surprises, like an office and a terrece. Would definitely recommend!

A small drive to the town area, but it's no big deal. Would recommend renting a car.

Having a private historical villa in Cappadocia is just amazing. The host/ owner is super friendly and helpful. With a private garden the accommodation is ideal with kids and/ or family-dog.

For that price we couldn’t complain, but nevertheless some points: the jacuzzi needs some maintenance/ or replacement. The railing isn’t child friendly (no problem if you keep a close eye on your baby/ toddler).
