The separation of rooms was good, since each room has it's own door
I need to go up and down looking for the staff,no body was attending us since we don't know the place, even on the departure date we had to wait for so long at the gate since the bell was not working and there was no security at all. We had to go back hunt for the staff who was busy cleaning in other rooms and no one on the reception. I wasn't able ironing what I was going to wear because there was no electricity backup. No wife code given since there's a free WiFi. Towels were disappointing 😞

Spacious self-catering unit offering big fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, TV. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. Vehicle parking in visible distance from unit. The generator during loadshedding periods was much appreciated. Security is very good and we felt safe. A very quiet ambience and the gardens are well kept - loved the huge trees.

The accommodation was clean enough and adequate accommodation if looking for a bed for the night.
The wifi was almost non existant in the self catering accommodation and even though advertised as self catering you can't actually make basic meals. We had a horrible experience with a very rude staff member.

Great location, as it's close to the centre. Another good thing about this guesthouse would be that the area is quiet and peaceful.

I saw some people drinking drinking inside the premier premises and very close to reception area .I suggest that Khaya must officially sell alcohol.Drinking area far away from reception area must be provided guided by Liquor Act and By laws.

Location was good.
Had to wait over 20 minutes to be let in through gate. There was no water in the kettle for tea/coffee on arrival or first thing in the morning. Requested for breakfast but got no reply and no breakfast. There was only one towel in our room.
