Everything.
I would have liked 4 large towels instead of two per room. I asked for more but they kept giving me small hand towels
Would be nice if coffee and tea urns was available all day by the pool if not too expensive
Maybe a few more pool beds

Location was just fabulous. Wow, was I blown away as we drove in ,as I was not sure sure what to expect. We were surrounded by abundance of greenery, beautiful gardens, waterfalls, rice fields. The staff were amazing. their smiling faces made my day. They are so polite and respectful and caring. took so much care to show us to our room.

The kitchen team were just as amazing. Sudiarsa, Ayu to name a few and to the manager and the rest of the team who always made us feel so welcome for breakfast and dinner and were always so attentive to our needs or special dietary requirements.
The operations manager always checked if we were comfortable or had any feedback for them to note to improve on anything. Aah..the free shuttle service available twice a day to take us to the city centre was very useful. The drivers were so friendly and patient and shared some info on tourist attractions we can visit in Ubud.
It was such a pleasure to walk in to an airconditioned clean room after a hot day out and get into a decent sized shower and bathroom with clean soft towels.
The pool was sparkling and clean and we were treated to complimentary tea and coffee daily at 16h00 with a snack which was enjoyed around the pool area. The battered fried bananas were so delicious. Well done to the entire Royal Casa Ganesha team. This was home away form home. We will be back !
I shared with the ops manager that perhaps with the beautiful space the resort has, maybe some evening Balinese dance and musical items could be arranged . Otherwise I have no negatives about my stay at the Royal Casa Ganesha.

The staff are absolutely incredible at this resort. They will go out of thier way to make you feel at home and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have decent amenities.
Honestly, just nit picking here but, the showers took an incredibly long time to heat up, I am talking like 15 mins to get to warm, 20 to hot. The room had some moldy spots on the roof, and the restaurant lacked a few choices from the menu making the selection quite small.

First of all:
The hotel is not what is in the photos. that astonishing bamboo pavilion just didn’t exists. It is way too far from Ubud. The hotel rating is exaggerated, it is bot a 4 star hotel.
they even forget us in Ubud with the shuttle service.
Sorry, but I cannot recommend.

The room was big and clean. The pool is beautiful with rice terrace view. Staff are friendly, scooter available for rent, the location is a little far from center Ubud and that's exactly what I was looking for.
The bamboo structure was under construction. I booked this place because of that and it wasn't available.

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Most of them spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful for the most part except for NYE (which was fine since it was a celebratory moment to ring in the new year). The room itself was comfortable including the bed. i had a pool view room half board. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the lunch/dinner was a’la carte with just 2 options for the main course if it was included in your room in which they’ll serve in your room upon request. The pool area was big and nice. Lots of trees in and around the property.
The room and hotel is a little run down for a 3 star resort so the bathroom area wasnt as clean as it should be. The floor tiles were a bit dingy and the bathtub is stained. The exterior and some interior could use a bit of re painting. But i guess its from being closed for 2 years with covid. The tv channels could be better but luckily i had my fire stick.

The resort is well equipped with a large property area and a nice bamboo themed restaurant. The staff were extremely courteous and polite. The rooms overlook a rice terrace which make the views amazing. We would have loved to spend an extra day but since our flight was preponed we had to leave early morning. The staff was thoughtful to pack some sandwiches for us

the exteriors of the hotel were dirty, the sheets were stained. the hotel is also located far from the center, they offer two transports a day for free otherwise they force customers to pay 100,000.00 and refuse to call a taxi,
