We had to get gas for the BBQ because it was empty.

Lovely view, very well equipped apartment, good layout, nice bathrooms, plenty of cups, plates etc. We liked having a washing machine too.
No room to hang our clothes in two of the bedroom wardrobes due to a cot, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer in one wardrobe and lots of pillows, duvet and extra bedding in the other.

Great location with an awesome view! All kitchen utensils and appliances worked. Good fridge and pantry space. Had plenty of cups and plates to cater to our large group. BBQ was perfect for use. Plenty of seating. Cosy home to chill or entertain before hitting the town, it was perfect for us.
A lack of rubbish bins inside the home & only a few rolls of toilet paper, so with a big group remember to grab a pack before you arrive! Stairs… a few stairs to climb to get into apartment but worth it once at the top! Ensure the door into the apartment is shut completely behind you, the door gets stuck on the carpet and is often open, so you need to close it hard when leaving the room. Windows had cracks in glass (no fault of our own) but was a timely reminder to check property even if you are in a rush.

Great location, amazing view, warm and cosy apartment, clean and tidy with everything you possibly need! Felt like a ‘home away from home’, we especially loved playing NZ Monopoly (supplied) by the fire, great family memories created!
Beds were a little uncomfortable, but nothing compares to your own bed, so it was fine.

The apartment was warm and comfortable with a great view of the lake, it had everything that we needed and the carpark was handy. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Only one small thing, the throw blankets need to be laundered as they were a bit smelly.

location - walk to Queenstown central in 10 mins. do note property is on top of a steep slope so walking back from central takes some effort
poorly maintained. sofa peeling off, balcony still had someone’s ciggarette stump, pile of extra bedding just casually dumped inside the wardrobe not sure if its washed. washing machine had leftover cleaning powder, dryer had cobwebs and wasnt working properly.
if u are a big group with more than 1 vehicle, consider another place. parking is a challenge - many free lots but hardly any available

Host and cleaner were excellent to deal with. Super flexible after our flight was cancelled. Cleaner went beyond expectations hoping us clean up a broken wine bottle in our luggage.

Location and views were amazing. So conveniently located.
Parking was very tight, especially for larger 4x4 vehicle. Bedrooms also tight! Cupboard space was taken up by spare linen etc so we couldn’t really unpack suitcases.

Highly recommend this apartment, the location is perfect very close to the city. The view is spectacular from the apartment, it had everything we needed kitchen utensils, washer & dryer and heating. Ged was an excellent host and was very prompt and responsive to my emails. The apartment comfortably housed 8 adults, three of them were elderly family members who very much enjoyed their stay. My whanau and I will definitely book this apartment again for future Queenstown holidays.
