The accommodation is excellent and clean. The staff are very helpful and polite especially Mr. Ghassan was very helpful, proactive and polite. He was ready any time for our help and has quick response and and so cooperative. Also the manager was very polite and helpful. Really, we enjoy as family our experience in this place.

The only thing that there is no place to put our clothes.

We recently stayed at this villa and had an amazing time. The view of the river was simply stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of the water flowing by. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

It was very amazing experience in the Bungalow. The view like dreams. the fireplace added a lot of memories. breakfast delicious All family members doing there best to make our stay very special like home. little angel ( Doha) very sweet and she give place kind of Tranquility

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great! Right next to the river. A bit far from anything else. There is a basic supermarket around 10 min walking distance away, but apart from that no other facilities, like cafes, taxi stations etc. Within the walking distance, unfortunately.

Well, it was definitely a nice place to stay, but it lacks essentials, such as wardrobe/shelves, rubbish bin in the room (only had the bathroom one), bedside lights and tables, basic toiletries (cotton pads, buds, tissues ), shower gels, some cream etc.), cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, water in the room etc. The bungalows are in such a beautiful natural place, but feels unattended (broken lights in the yard, broken chairs, plastic rubbish next to the river. Could easily be removed). Bathroom definitely need renovation (broken hooks and towel holders, one shower door missing). I felt this place is overpriced for what it offers.

we stayed at Villa, it was not direct to the river but the view in front of it was amazing and had a partial river view. you can enjoy breakfast at the river it is amazing. The family will offer complimentary tea and coffee, The family owners are amazing, very nice, and very helpful, breakfast is made by the mother and the aunt. we stayed for one night. They speak English We loved our stay there <3

The internet connection was really bad at our villa, they tried to fix the issue but unfortunately it was not fixed. But the owner was very responsive when I write to him about the issue. We stayed for one night so that was not a big deal to us. No tea or coffee bags at the villa itself.
