This Residenze(not hotel) is very nice. There is room for improvement in the communication. Specially if you come after hours. BE SURE to check your WhatsApp messages from a no in your contacts numbers. BE SURE to receive the information about the enter code, and place and combination for the room key, if you get there after office hours. I had issues with this when arrived at 11pm. Do not expect to see any one or someone answering the phone if you call at that time. It could improve communication between Property/customer. After this traumatic moment the rest was great. Giorgia was a very helpful person at all the time. The place is very clean. The walls are NOT soundproofed, The apartment requires to check some things to be repaired ASAP( you may check with me for details). Great location. Housekeeping daily if required. Very pricey(Rome is expensive). Recommended

Location was excellent. Close to the Vatican City plus restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very nice. Place was also clean.

We the location it was quiet for being in Rome and within easy reach of the main attractions. The place was spacious and comfortable. The deco was great, away from your typical white clinical hotel deco. The host was very kind and easy to reach at all times.

The location is very close to the Vatican City. A metro station is also very close. A lot of good restaurants in the area. It's a quiet place. It was very clean.

Not so many grocery stores in the area. When we first entered the appartment it was a perfume smell not so pleasent(for us). It was to strong. We figured out that it was the perfume of the detergent used to clean the floor or furniture, but it disapears in 1-2 hours.

It was beautiful and very comfortable.

extra pillows would have been nice but we were comfortable nonetheless.

The mattresses were the most computer ones I e slept on in Europe so far! Everything you would need for cooking, coffee, and shower. In a perfect location, central to famous sights must see. Able to hop on a scooter and explore now problem and back. Absolutely cute property! Very well maintained.

Wonderful apartment, exactly as pictured. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen area. Staff was very kind and helpful. We checked in after hours and it was a very easy process, the lift was great for getting bags and kids up and down. We loved the location, lots of restaurants, shopping nearby, amazing bakery right around the corner, and minutes to the closest metro. Gave a parking recommendation that worked great, short walk from parking to the apartment.

Bathroom shower was pathetic...Couryard pictures were not given...it is completely closed view...staff was not at all supportive...No enough utensis in kithen...you will have to request basic things like shampoo etc.. I would say overall bad experience. I went with my family me, my wife and two daughters (9 and 12 years). We gave my kids door card and went for shopping around 4:30 pm. When we are back (around 5pm luckily) , we realised door card is not working and my girls stayed in common area as they could not get into the aprtment. We tried to use card but no use. We have to call property contact. They have helped to get in to the house with keys. It seems cleaning lady use door physical key to lock which has caused the problem. I am sure they might have encoutered this issue multiple times but no improvement. If we have been reached late in the evening, i am sure there were no body to help (as nobody bother to anser your phone after trying emergency number as well). I wont recommend staying here...not worth...they tried compensate with wine but of no use.

Property was clean, staff was very responsive.

That I couldn’t turn the AC on ourselves. We were fine during the day, but extremely hot at night time. We opened windows but with no screens then had bug bites.

Location was superb- in residential, quite district. a bit walk to the metro (5-7min),but very close to Vatican. Not far from the market with fantastic local agricultural supply. Also lots of restaurants where locals hang out.
