Brak prawidłowej informacji o parkingu.Obiekt pojawia się jako ten z parkingiem.Natomiast samochód należało zaparkować na poziomowym parkingu poza miastem,ok 1 km od apartamentu.Kłopot z przeniesieniem bagażu.Do parkingu prowadziły strome schody…

The apartment is in a great location in Piran, close the lighthouse and one street back from the waterfront. Our room was one without a sea view but lovely. Comfy beds, good bathroom, kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean on arrival. The included breakfast as delicious with options of eggs, pancakes, cold cuts and bread.
A second set of keys would have been useful due to the outer door, meant we had to coordinate if going out separately.

A very nice room with window to the sea. The breakfast was very delicious and the host and his wife were also very kind an can speak English very well. Thanks for everything 😊

The location was nice, soft towels and good aircon. Help with the parking is appreciated and saved 5 EUR a day.
Piran is extremely overrated and overpriced. We almost paid the same as we later in Portoroz in a 4 star hotel for one night. Food is also crazy expensive and I prefer the breakfast as open buffet although I understand it is more economic for the host to order.
First discussion was that booking covers it all (I particularly did not like the 30 EUR cleaning fee) but we ended up paying local tax as extra.
Bathroom is way too small, and though not much to do with that it would be nice to at least reflect that in the pricing. Sea view is also misleading as not all rooms have that.

This apartment is very well located near the tip of Piran…so you are far from the noisy part of town and located at the best location to relax…the access to swim in the sea is located in front…the apartment has sea view…The owners also have 2 restaurants on site and we enjoyed both of them. We stayed 3 nights…we recommend. The entrance for the apartments is private. The room is clean and confortable, also of a nice size. We had the chance to get the apartment with 3 windows and a balcony…wow! The breakfast is included and cooked especially for you…it included nice freshly cut fruits. We highly recommend this apartment. Riva is name to remember.

The apartment was in a great location. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The owners were wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Piran. If a sea view, relaxing sea sounds and sea air are what you want this is the place! Breakfast was delicious and options were varied. Eggs prepared per your request. The restaurant had delicious food! There are many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Lovely overall! I highly recommend Apartments & Rooms Riva. I will visit and stay there again.

Great breakfast right at the sea shore, incredible view, best location, parking is a bit complicated but the hosts help you navigate the first time and then it's smooth, also the host lent us their parking card so it was cheaper and more flexible

The location of the room is perfect: Directly on the sea with view in a quiet area of beautiful Piran. The breakfast was also really good. Amir and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The Check-in and check-out was really easy. Sunbeds and umbrellas were provided. We would love to come back at this beautiful spot.
In the morning, the empty glass is picked up directly under our room and waked us up. It would be nice if our room would be cleaned once during our 6 day-stay. The room is pretty small but for a couple it's enough.

Great location and a perfect ending to a superb holiday in Slovenia.
A friendly family run business who made us feel really welcome. Spotlessly clean and the apartment was well kitted out.
The food was great and the breakfast was as good as you can get with glorious views over the Adriatic.
We will definitely return
While we chose this large apartment and knew it had a street view with such great views from this property we wished, with the benefit of hindsight, we had chosen the sea facing option.

A great holiday experience at the most beautiful Slovenian coast city! :) We enjoyed the splendid location (10/10), the magnificent view on the sea just from the window. The owners were really friendly and helpful, the appartment was spatious, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was rich and a real delight. We loved the closeness of the beach. Just a few steps from the app. and you were able to jump into the sea. The stay met all our expectatitions. Perfect for couples.
