The apartment was really clean and has all basic things you need, although it is a little bit weird that except other guests we have not seen anybody neither the host nor the cleaning lady. I have paid a lower price than usual, there were some kind of a discount, and for the same price would certainly come again.
It is self service, so don`t expect cleaning lady, we were doing cleaning regularly by ourselves.
The beds were too soft, and I would like if there were more kitchen utensils, garbage bags, because it is really boring if I have to think about garbage bags during my vacation and the host is expecting me too sort up and get out garbage regularly. Also I wish there were more towels, also I didn't like the fact that the dog towel was between regular towels, I have not seen the label at first glance.

I loved everything about it. It is exceptional accommodation and I loved the kitchen, I was able to prepare food. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. There was also a lovely little terrace but unfortunately due to the inclement weather I was unable to make use of it.
The Boardinghouse Casita Amann is just perfect in every way in my opinion.
The location, for me was great. I believe there is a nearby bus stop which links to the centre of Friedrichstafen.
I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to or through the Friedrichstafen area.
Very straightforward booking in system too and the information from the staff was fantastic.

Kitchen is equipped with all necessary in case you would like to cook/drink something.
Complementary coffee/tea can be an added value :)
Property has no air conditioner, but there is a fan - was not necessary to use during our stay.

1) Wardrobe can have handles to open doors easily
2) Hanging hooks inside washroom to hang clothes.

I visited Friedruchshafen for the Aero Friedrichhafen April 27 - 30. The Casita Amann is very close to he Messe, 15 min walk. It'"s perfect for that reason. The owners are very hospitable. Excekent value for the money. And Friedrichshafen itself is a very beautiful town. I loved it!!!

Great value, nice newer apartments and pet friendly. Host was very friendly.
Maybe some firmer pillows would be nice but that's just preference. Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was tidy and spacious, and had everything I needed. The location is super peaceful, despite being near the airport and is a two minute drive from all shopping, ten minutes from downtown Friedrichshafen, and ten minutes from trailheads from where you can walk through the hills. Silvia was a very helpful host who clearly works to make stays enjoyable. Definitely on my shortlist!

The hosts are amazing. They keep the properties as if ti were a hotel. In the room you get everything you need, from pots and pans to towels, to complementary shampoo, soap, shaving Maschine, etc. They were so nice, eager to help you in anything they could. The rooms are comfortable, excellent shower. The place is located 400 meters away from a bus stop. We went there with our bikes and took us 10 minutes to the Harbour.

Great quiet location, not far from town centre.
We used it to have a rest after our trips in Germany and down in Austiran and Liechtenstein alps and it was amazing.
I was able to relax after long driving in the yard
was not clear where to park when all parking lots in front of apratments are not available.
Had to park on other parking lot with blockers, not sure if it was dedicated for locals
