Everything was just great. Beautiful property in a great location. Host went out of her way to assistance us with transfers to and from the property.

Nothing. A few too many steps for elderly people and the lift was a little unreliable.

The apartment was well located in the Monti area and very, very clean. The Colosseum is a 5 minute walk away and there is a very good supermarket across the road. There are many eating and drinking establishments behind the apartment and make sure to explore the many lane ways. A few doors up there is a rooftop bar at the Monti Palace Hotel with a view out to the Monument to Victor Emmanuel ll

The water pressure of the shower was a little weak for my liking

The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. There were three of us and we were very happy.

The only difficulty is the elevator. Two of our party have trouble with stairs, so the only answer is the elevator Unfortunately other people in the building can't seem to figure out that both doors have to be closed for the elevator to work.

Clean and tidy. Good location. 5 mins walk from the Colloseum. Only a short walk to excellent bars an restaurants. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms/ living areas. Netflix available on the television (Free). Well appointed kitchen and utensils. Well stocked shop on opposite side of the road. The host organised our transfers to and from the airport.

Nothing much. 71steps to climb if you don’t fancy using the lift, but it’s your choice.

Laura, the owner was most helpful and attentive. Can't say enough about how wonderful our 4 days stay was in this briliantly 3 bedroom decorated appartment. There were even umbrelas at the enterance in case of rain. It felt that every small detail was paid attention to. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely stunning accommodation. Central location. clean, spacious, comfortable, perfect for four adults.

The location was great. The apartment had three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. It was up a few flights of stairs but there was a lift. Good restaurants nearby (Benso) and a supermarket across the road. A short distance from the Colosseum and a 15 min walk to the train station. Hosts were very helpful.

The location was brilliant, close to so many landmarks and on the metro so could access other places. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, great added extra to have free coffee pods waiting for us :) The communication with Laura was good and she met us at the apartment. Great place to base yourself for a few days in Rome.

Our host was fantastic, she was in touch to make arrangements and met us to let us in. The apartment was clean with all the amenities you would need - a perfect Roman home away from home. A really great location in a great area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets and easy walking distance to all the sites. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to any families.

First, Laura was so helpful - waited for us when we arrived, communicating when needed, and very kind. The apartment is really large, comfortable, amazingly organized. extremely clean and hygienic, and gives a true home feeling in the heart of Rome. It is decorated with antiques, so it feels like living in a postcard. It has 2 (!) full bathrooms, so no issue with toilettes or shower for 5 persons. Hot water around the clock. Air-condition worked in all rooms even in the kitchen ! Kitchen is all you need to cook anything you want. It is on the 3rd floor so a bit far from the street noise. Supermarket is just in from of the building on the other side of the street - very convenient, when you just want to have a Yogurt or find our you're out of eggs.. good restaurants (and rather inexpensive) just next to the apartment, and Metro station is just below it. We had a great stay, really. They say God can be found in the small details - we found God in Rome, but not in the Vatican but in Courvo street in an Classic house.

Nothing is ever perfect, although 98% is rather OK I believe. The 2% will go to a bit low water stream in the shower (5 minutes out of 24 hours day).

Breakfast wasn't included but many options close by. Great location. Extremely clean. Huge 3 bedroom /2 bath apt. Hosts couldn't be nicer. Made us dinner and airport transport reservations. So sweet! AC worked great too.

Great location. It was noisy but that's what you get if you want to be in the middle of everything. Great nearby gelato, walking distance to colosseum. Very clean and spacious apartment with supermarket directly across the street.

Everything, the property is near the Colosseum and the Roman market. There is also a Metro station near by, in case you need to use it. Opposite ENZ house, you can find a store to buy anything you might need and there are many restaurants in the area. The host, Laura is very polite and helped us a lot. Property is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend ENZhouse.
