Location and front desk not helpful

Amazing hotel and Service ,, The rooms are very nice ,, spacious and clean. The Spa treatment and the spa facilities is a must. Great Location as well.

we stayed 3 nights and we wanted to try the sushi really either lunch or dinner but it was full,, Also I would suggest adding more food options in the other restaurant like italian section because I am not a big fan of steaks so italian is always a safe option for me.

Everything about the property was amazing. Zero faults with the staff or hotel facilities.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Breakfasts and dinner were very good. Our room was clean and very well laid out. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. Particular praise for Satochi on the concierge desk, who went out of his way to advise on restaurants and to check the next day that we had had a good experience.

Clean and comfortable, it’s a FS. Very nice pond and court view. There isn’t much to talk about. FS states by itself.

What i dont like doesn’t mean its bad.
