Excellent location and great value.

Location is not bad. tram stop directly in front of the hotel.

the owner is quite unfriendly and strict. the guest has to follow exactly his rules to make it easier for him. he doesn’t care about the needs or comfort og his guests. in the end he tried to cheat booking.com and canceled our booking afterwards as a no show to safe the commission.

Firstly there is nothing we didnt like, but tea/coffee making facilities in room would have made our stay perfect

This is a lovely traditional style guest house, maintained to a very high standard. The host is warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our brief chats with him. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was also fine. It was nice to be served breakfast as opposed to a buffet. The location is very close to a tram stop which makes it ideal for trips into the centre of La Laguna and also down to Santa Cruz.

Would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee making facility in the room. Also would have appreciated more choices for hot breakfast.

The hotel was of the very highest quality, far exceeding expectations, the staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful and very efficient. We can only highly recommend this to all!

Small family run Hotel with the look and feel of a luxury 5 star corporate offering. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible.

The hotel is located on a long corner, just off a very busy main road. Google maps put us close but it was a near miss. 5 mins around a one way system to arrive at the second attempt. What three words would be a more precise option for the front door.

-the beds were really comfortable -The bathroom was fully equipped and really spacious -The view from the balkony was really nice -the vegan breakfast was delicious - the hosts were very welcoming -we had a great stay

We returned to stay at Il Sogno Di Gio della laguna so we could see the Christmas lights in La Laguna. We are residents in Tenerife but wanted to have a weekend away in the North of the Island We had a beautiful 1 bed apartment, which was amazing and we didn't want to leave. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. The owners are so lovely and welcoming. They remembered us from our previous visit in July. The hotel is clean and located near to La Laguna old Town. It is 5 minutes in a taxi to the town where we saw the Christmas lights which is a must see. There is free parking outside the hotel and a tram line opposite the hotel We will definitely be returning to stay at this hotel in the future. Lovely breakfast and café con leche. Thank you. Safe and secure. The tram just few steps from front door will take you to La Laguna or Santa Cruz. Perfectly located. We would highly recommend staying here.

Attention to detail, beautiful wood decor, exceptional service and a great breakfast.

A small and friendly hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. The host was really nice and text us the exact location on the day of our arrivals, so it was really easy to find. Since we had to check out very early to the airport they arranged us a nice breakfast bag to take with us. We were there only for 1 night, but the impression was very good.

The Building was beautiful and the security was amazing, we managed to leave our bags there when we arrived earlier than expected and it was very much appreciated. The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was just perfect. So pleased we stayed here just wish it was for longer - will certainly look at coming back again. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this property. Right next to the tram stop and the science museum, the perfect base to explore La Laguna and Santa Cruz.

The hotel is very close to the tram, and therefore very convenient. The room was clean and the owner was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple but decent. Good value for money.
