Good location, had nice bathroom amenities.

Heating system couldn’t hear the room, it was cold. I left the property with bedbug bites. The whole property smelled like sanitizer.

The wifi didn't work and since we arrived quite late we only got help the next morning when we already checked out. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would wish for. The bed was okay but you can feel every movement from your partner so it is not suitable for light sleepers. We stayed only one night. Overall nice for a short and cheap stay.

The room was very large and plenty of room also there. The air conditioning was very strong and did solid work cooling down the room. Wifi was okay but could have been stronger. The host was nice and kind, always available.

There was no refrigerator in the room. In every other hotel, there was a fridge and a bottle opener at least available. Yes, we could leave our ricotta and ham and tomatoes in the fridge which was in the lobby but in the room as big as it was, could have been a little fridge at least. The bathroom, especially the shower area was very tiny it was very hard to wash there or turn around.

Location is nice, you are close to monuments, bars, shops. Also we like Building and atmosphere you feel by taking elavator and the room, it's not as common hotel. Small attention - we got toothbrush kit when 4 stars hotel sometimes don't ! and Staff is nice, they also help us to keep our backpack after check out.

It was quity noisy , specially when corridor windows was open and you are just at big street level so earplugs are recommended. But main point please change toilets brush !!! it was quite disgusting.

Location was great, aircon was great, staff friendly.

Only negative was there was only one toilet and shower (in the same room) for all the rooms to share. This meant that if someone was showering you couldn’t use the toilet etc so sometimes it was a bit of a pain to have to wait.

Nice staff, cheap and simple accomodation in a great location. Fantastic air conditioning saved us from the heat.

Unfortunately, the power plugs didn’t fit the standard EU plug, which made it difficult to charge devices. There was also only one toilet shared between quite a few rooms.

We arrived in the morning 5 am and he was so kind the room which was empty he gave us that for sometime so that we can relax at least till the time our room was ready for check-in ☺️👍🏼🫡

The room was very nice and the building too. Also a very good location!

It had only one bathroom.

The building was clean and close to the center.The stuff was helpfull and friendly!

The room was next to the reception and there was no privacy this way.

Situated very convenient between Porto Antico and Railway station, from this location you can get anywhere in 10 minutes. Good food in the neighbourhood, in Columb square, which is quite 3 minutes from the hotel. Also there is a food market very close. Nice coffee shops and italian food.

Very noisy, situated on a main street. When you flush water in the bathroom it is very noisy, too. Without balcony, though in the reservation process it was said it has balcony. No fridge in the room, but asked to keep something to the fridge at the reception. In the last day, when I made check out, the lift was out of service. Not very easy with luggage.

The main lamp on the ceiling does not work, only one bathroom (with wc in the same room) for several rooms.

Large room in centrally-located part of the city, with friendly staff and at a lower price than most places in Genoa. Access to many major attractions in Genoa right out the front door.

The climitization in the room was not working while I was there, which made the evenings very hot.

The room was very comfortable, in very very beautiful building, with amazing staircase and elevator. The bathroom was common for only two rooms, so it we didn't, have to wait usually and it was very clean. Localization is perfect, on the one of most famous Street in Genova, very close to all nice places to see.

The bathroom has very noisy pipes or water heater(we don't exactly know what it was), but it is loud when you shower ;)
