The location was in the middle of nature and it was really nice to stay there. The view from the room was beautiful. It also had a really nice pool. The owners were really cute and helpful.

Ontzettend lieve en hartelijke Nederlands sprekende gastvrouw en gastheer. De bedden waren veruit het beste van de bedden waarin wij geslapen hebben tijdens onze rondreis in Andalusië. Het ontbijt was goed, niet overdadig, maar prima verzorgd. Locatie ligt net buiten het dorp Arriate. Het was er heerlijk rustig en het uitzicht op de bergen was fantastisch. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad tijdens de week dat we te gast waren bij Sophie en Fran.

De accommodatie was gedateerd. Ondeugdelijk en (bijna) kapot meubilair en sanitair. Ontbijt afgemeten en goedkope kwaliteit.

The location was stunning with views over the gorge and a lovely little swimming pool. It was a very tranquil spot.
It was like student accommodation. The kitchen was poorly equipped - for example, there were only two mis-matched mugs and no proper glasses to drink out of. The kettle spilled water whenever it was poured. We travelled in July which, of course, was very hot. But there was fan and the air-conditioner was broken so it was unbearable to sleep in there. Plus, we got charged an extra €46 because we had not taken our trash out (it was all bagged up, but we did not know we had to do this) and apparently we had washed up badly so the whole kitchen (which is tiny and we hardly used) apparently took an extra TWO hours to clean. We were only there for two days. I tried to have a discussion about this with the manager - she texted me to inform me that she was charging me the extra money - but she would not answer my calls or my messages.

Quiet and cozy location, very friendly staff- we felt like at home:) Excellent swimming pool with great view. Good comtimental breakfast.
Air conditioning devices were present in the room but real air conditionong system would be advantage.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you need. The shower worked very well and the bed was comfortable. The location was magical with amazing views of the the gorge and country side. The owners made you feel very welcome and helpful.

Host family is lovely; super wellcoming, friendly and helpful, and the environment is very peaceful.
Felt at home and relaxed the whole time during my stay!
Swimming pool area is really nice and the rooms and breakfast area were tidy and cozy.
Breakfast is plentiful and versatile and there is fe. fresh fruites and bread.
Views from the house are beautiful, I enjoyed the sunset from the balcony almost every evening.
The small town of Arriate is very local and cute and the distance to Ronda is only few kilometers. Busses and train run quite often between Ronda and Arriate, so you dont necessarily need to use a car all the time.

Beautiful surroundings. Sophie and Fran, who runs the place were very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Well kept place. Cute cat. We loved the place.
A bit hard to find the place when it’s dark. The double bed a bit too soft for our old backs.

Very nice View and estate.
Everything is extra cost, expensive(could be due to festival pricing?), no air conditioning, hot and no privacy if open window to cool at night. Might has some plumbing problem in bath room as bad smell coming from septic take.

A beautiful, tranquil and super-clean house. Location is amazing. Facilities are incredible and the pool is divine. The attention to detail in the house is magnificent. Sophie and Fran are wonderful host. Their home is full of love and makes you feel you have your own private villa. Breakfast, with stunning views, is wonderful and they have two full-equipped fridges with all kinds of drinks and snacks. Could not ask for anything more. Real value for money.

It was so very friendly, even the taxi driver to take us in to the town could not do enough for us. Pool was lovley, apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. They even let us swim by moonlight a we watched the stars.
Aircon was a Mobil unit so had to have window open so it didn't work very well but we were there during a mega heat wave.

We had a wonderful stay in the family run hotel. We were very well received, and had some really relaxing days at the hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet which allowed us to enjoy a fantastic sunny day by the pool with Sierra de Grazalema in the background. The rooms were very clean and cute designed, and there is a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset, and a beautiful outdoor area for a barbecue, dinner, or relax reading in the hammock. There are snacks and drinks in the common space to purchase, and we also added breakfast which was a perfect way to start the day. We initially planned to only stay two nights, but decided to stay longer since we enjoyed it so much - it was hard to leave!
