Incredible sea view - the whole of the Kalamata bay is visible, absolutely beautiful. Safe, reliable parking available. Lovely host, Mrs Filothei explained everything we needed, and was very attentive, providing us with clean towels even before asking! The apartment had everything we needed, and it all worked properly. A village type feel, with lovely surroundings, the beach available within a two minute walk, and local amenities are excellent. Kalamata with all it's facilities is just a 10 minute drive a away, and the airport is within 25 minutes drive.

We could not find anything to dislike

I booked an apartment for my parents and the location exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, and comfortable and has everything one may need for a vacation. The host is very welcoming, and always smiling and she was all the time available to answer our questions. We arrived very late in the night ~2 AM, but she did wait for us and explained everything. Highly recommend the place!

Lovely apartment with nice sea view and very close to a nice beach. The place is quiet during the day and especially at night. Has a marvelous garden surrounding and a very helpful hostess. Also is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is in the right place to make daily excursions by car to explore the hole marvelous area of Messinia: Mani, Taygetos mountain, Ancient Messini and many many more. City of Kalamata is also very near and reached also by bus. Nice taverns and coffees are very close, some of them can be reached by foot.

The accommodation was in a quiet area, no disturbing traffic. The neighbors were good. The balcony was large and with sea views with sunset. If it got too hot, there was an awning and jalusi. And with mosquito nets, we did not have to worry about any insects, in general, there were not many of them. The beds were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and we could cook several evenings. The courtyard was a sea of ​​flowers. The hostess was the friendliest you can find in Greece, and she loves flowers.

We have nothing to complain about, we got more than we paid for.

It is a wonderfull place, very close to the many beaches, good view, close to Kalamata town. The apartment has a good kitchen with all facilities . The owner is very kind and offers all the information requested. We will return with pleasure.
