We had a large enough bedroom but with the use of a large balcony and small lounge area and a lovely garden, the overall accommodation was all we could possibly want. It was very very hot weather when we were there but the air-conditioning unit coped very well. In a very quiet neighbourhood with parking outside. We had keys to come and go as we pleased. Easy quick access to city by car from a lovely location at the edge.

Breakfast was limited to a pretty standard basic Italian breakfast with what appeared a somewhat limited choice supplemented by some nice home-made cakes.

It's very "italian" place: comfort and cosy. Very gentle staff, good breakfast. 10/10

The garden is beautiful, the breakfast is unbeatable, the shower pressure is excellent, and the bathroom and bedroom are clean, comfortable and spacious

The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Green environment and silence. The house is unique with the landlady tastes and the furniture talking about ancient times.

The room was nice and the bed super comfortable! It had big bathroom as well! The lady of the house was very kind and gentle. Ps: Breakfast is included and it was quite good!

Bed was comfortable, nice design, bathroom good enough, nice balcony with a splendid view. Breakfast was sufficient, but all sweet.

If you book only one bedroom, you might be surprised, there would be a bedroom in an apartment with shared living room and entrance. So you would not get a separate entrance to your room. The room is locked with a simple key, but you should go through shared entrance and living room. I didn't get it while booking, and so did our neighbours. It should be stated more clearly on a booking.com

The host is really nice and warm person. She gave us tip for really good restaurant. The breakfast outside was great.

The location is far from the oldtown (about 0,5h on foot).
