Location outside of Macerata, car needed to get to places as this is outside of town location and hills are around, sea / restaurants and shops achievable by car only, super quiet and lovely place with lovely garden and view onto the medieval Macerata from the master bedroom window. The flat is insect protected with nets in each window (which is great!) and aircon helps to manage the heat super well.

All facilities on place, towels and the kitchen equipped with pots and pans, which is super appreciated. I would only appreciate a small addition of basic cooking spices like salt, pepper, oil, some sugar that you would normally avoid buying on holiday to cook on your own to make an experience better for the traveller who is not planning to eat outside every day.
