I cannot even begin to say enough good about this rental and Janet. I think I will run out of characters. The condo was redone even though In my opinion looked great before! What a surprise! Janet is amazing… her communication is impeccable. This was a very special trip for myself and some friends and she made it even more special. I cannot recommend her place enough. I will definitely be back. Great location. Great price…great everything…if you are coming to Naples you need to stay here- I come a-lot and no other place I have stayed has compared. Thank you thank you thank you Janet! I can’t thank you enough for a great weekend!

This condo was just perfect. Except for a visit from my sister and brother-in-law for a week, it was just me here. The owner had a huge task getting the condo renovated after Ian, but finished on time and it looks great. And the location was walkable to Fifth Avenue and Third Street venues, and the beach.

This is a nice small condo that worked well for our family. The two bedrooms are adjoined by the bathroom which suited my family's needs just fine. Janet provided our check-in details well enough in advance and was very responsive with the one question we had.

Janet was very accommodating during the booking process; location is walking distance to everything. Welcome snacks and having some staple items readily available when we arrived was an added touch! Outlet locations and Jack and Jill style bathroom were a bit of a challenge for us but we made it work.

Property manager was so great. Snacks, water, masks, hand sanitizer, info on sights in Naples. She even got us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The condo was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. A great way to see all that Naples had to offer.

Short walk to the beach, dining and shopping. Owner was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions. Lots of extra touches which we greatly appreciated and had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach! Definitely recommend!

Property is in a great location and very clean. Had all the necessities we needed.

We had an AMAZING experience in Naples. The condo was just as pictured and very comfortable for our family. It was located in a beautiful area with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is about a mile away, however we took our car because he had our beach gear. The owner was very pleasant and flexible to work with. Thank you Janet! She even left us some goodies to enjoy while we were there. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our first visit to the Naples area and the property. It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach or shopping and dining. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Renting this property was very convenient and simple! Janet was very helpful and easy to get ahold of with quick responses to any needs we had!! The location was just few minutes from the beach accesses and in one of the most beautiful areas in old Naples! I would come back to this place every year for sure!!!

Many things did not work and serious issues requiring repair were evident ,active water leaks ,mold ,holes in the walls broken ice maker etc. Too many to list here. The property owner should be ashamed at the condition of this property. I would not advise anyone to rent this unit at any price.

We stayed a week and loved the neighborhood. The check-in was easy, and the location is walking distance to everything. The rate was reasonable given the neighborhood. There was bottled water and a box of taffy for us, which was nice. We met different neighbors who were all super friendly. There is a laundry facility onsite ($1.50 each for wash and dry) and a designated parking space. The condo was very clean with travel-sized toiletries provided (but we brought our own). The beds seem to be full-size which is way too small for us (we're used to king size) but were very comfortable. The bathroom does not have an outlet, as previously mentioned in other reviews. There was a damp odor the first few days that seemed to dissipate, and we assumed it was due to lack of use during COVID. There appeared to be some recent wall and plumbing repairs as well that maybe account for it also. Communication using the VRBO messaging was very effective. There was a note card left for us upon our arrival indicating a phone # that we did text with a question regarding lack of any trash can liners. We did not hear back but used various store bags we acquired as trash bags. Additional info on the site accommodations would be helpful for future guests, i.e. the laundry room, trash and recycle protocol, use of the Xfinity TV, etc. We figured it out and overall had a pleasant stay.

Condo is conveniently located between 5th Ave and 3rd street as well as the beach! All within walking distance. Janet, was very responsive and generous in letting us have a late checkout! Condo was very clean but a bit dated. Overall a great experience! Would recommend!

5fth ave 5 min walk, beach 3/4 mile perfect if you enjoy a walk

We stayed for one week, looking for a winter vacation in the sun. The check-in process was easy/convenient. Any questions we had, the owner answered right away. The condo was located convenient to downtown "Old Naples" area. Many different restaurants/shopping available. The condo was 1 mile to Naples Beach...a little too long of a walk if you have chairs/towels/cooler. But we never had a problem finding parking. There are parking places along the street which you pay for by quarters or charge card via kiosk. Laundry is available-the laundry room is right next to the condo. Coin operated. The ice maker in the apartment refrigerator was not operational, was dirty; no ice cube trays were provided. The bathroom did not have an outlet; towels but not washcloths provided. I have rented vacation condos/homes aproximately 5x via VRBO; this was the first time that a homeowner did not leave an "information" binder. It is helpful to have information re: emergencies, nearby clinics/hospitals; restaurants $$$$-$, sites to see, shopping, supermarkets, maps of area. The condo was clean, great area, but could use some updating. I would recommend this condo.

The property owner, Janet, answered all our questions and gave us lots of recommendations for shopping and eating. The check in procedure could not have been any easier and they were so considerate to even let us know about parking restrictions. Four ladies in our 60s couldn’t have been happier. Sharing one bathroom worked and we all took turns. We were within three blocks of the main drag of downtown Naples and everything was delightful.

Good location for a weekend in Naples. Clean place with a stocked kitchen. Close to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

Great location and easy check in process, nice TV. And living room furniture. Bathroom could use a power outlet. Friendly people that live there full time. Ample parking space.
