Outside area and infinity pool with a view was lovely. Well Maintained and stocked with all the basics in the kitchen you need.

Everything about the Vila was exceptional. Pool amazing with wonderful views across to the sea. Fantastic outside area for entertaining and sunbathing with shade for when required. Lots of space for 8 adults. Very comfortable beds too and a book library. Overall fantastic place to stay - thank you Villa Yakamoz.

The views , the fact that it’s not over looked or the views not restricted . The distance to the town centre is walkable .

the water wasn’t always hot enough .

Great location and excellent view

The view , the solitude, facilities and location to the village all excellent. Communication to both owner and local man Yusuf were brilliant. Yes, it was high up on the hillside, but you don't get superlative outlooks when you are surrounded lower down. Taxi driver, Hasan who was recommended was great, punctual and spoke English so well we didn't need to use the little Turkish we knew. It's located 20 minutes from Kas, a terrific drive along the coastal D400 to a town where you can also get a Gulet out for the day (if Kalkan is too booked up) and Capt Ramazan was brilliant for our day to Kekova the food on board fantastic and if you can't book him his cousin has a boat that we used on a previous trip and they also are magnificent. The villa has great facilities, Bluetooth stereo speakers that link up to your choice of player, air conditioning throughout, though I note previous people have mentioned the noisy one in the main room( which is going to be replaced in the near future apparently) , Though I don't see the point when the doors are all spread open and it's a short trot to the lovely pool and diving in to cool off. The whole experience is one I would love to do again with my family because it has such a relaxed feeling and if you don't mind a trek the walk down the hill into town is easy and the taxi back is cheap. Driving is ok, just beware the usual idiots who drive around like a racetrack , but it's just a local thing. The house has lemons growing and cucumbers which Yusuf handed over and they tasted delicious .

It's pointless in my opinion to knock minor things in such a great place , the write up tells you the things to be aware of, the steps to the villa are fine if you don't have any issues climbing them, the distance into town is a plus not a minus, the lower air conditioning is bad on the planet when the doors are all open, we all need to be more aware. So for us no minus points.
