Breakfast wasn't good. Very limited choice. We had to shift our room as the push shower wasn't working. The door lock didn't lock. The AC wasn't cooling. The food served was not according to the description on the menu

Helpful and friendly staff, nice room, decent restaurant.

Main complaint is that they play loud EDM music by the pool all the time, even during the day when nobody is there. You don't really get to have a chilled swim because they're trying to force a beach party vibe all day. The gym is also in serious need of an equipment upgrade. Not only is the equipment poorly maintained, it's just quite bad kit. I also had a consistent issue where the gym was as hot as an oven upon entering due to its floor to ceiling windows and the AC (quite rightly) not being on all the time. Some blinds or something would probably help to keep it a little cooler while not in use.

The family room is very spacious and has large shower and bathtub the kids can enjoy. The gym is fairly well equipped for the price and actually usable. The pool is nice.

Wifi at 9th floor was mostly unusable. Cleanliness far from perfect. TV didn’t work. Breakfast really basic.

Just the music at the swimming pool. All the clients I have talked to about this, would prefer ambient jazz music, piano bar and not too loud to relax.

this hotel needs to be renovaded. it doesnt look as good as in the pictures. rooms were clean, but of an older standard. the staff was polite but not very attentive. we asked for recommendations on where to go and where to eat but the receptionist simply answered «i dont know». we ordered food one night to the room, and it was honestly terrible. the gym was old and half of the machines wasnt usable.

we booked for 3 nights. booking .com took our money. we stayed for 1 hour and left. forfeited our money and booked into another hotel. pool area very grubby . ordered chicken wings at the pool bar. disgusting, couldn’t eat. common areas smelly and not air conditioned. while we were at reception another guest who had just check in was also complaining about the room being dirty. photos on booking . com are very deceptive. do not book here.

the rooms are not clean. the bathroom, shower, and surrounding areas arent cleaned carefully. hope management sees it. molds in bathroom corner. floors arent mopped daily, windows are ignored too. the bathrooms are see-thru even though they are smoked

Brilliant breakfast

No window/ day light in a lower floor and hearing all night dripping water - it was no rain !!!

The staff were amazing the whole stay. They arranged tours and taxis and helped with all of my requests. The rooms were large and clean and the pool bar was excellent.

Maybe a few more dining options or some recommendations on places to eat aside from the hotel restauraunt.

Reasonable location, walking distance to Riverside. Friendly staff.

Rooms were not cleaned regularly. twice had to ask for the room to cleaned late in the day. Fair price for room but overpriced food. Invest in some umbrellas for guests.
