Great location in the old town and close to everything. Also helpful that you have a parking card for the nearby covered parking. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

The loft was poorly prepared and the kitchen utensils seemed old and marked. It wasn't a problem for me, but the stairs up to the loft bed are very steep and narrow. I imagine that older and larger people may struggle. Also for others to note is that it is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Again okay for me, but some may struggle with luggage and the climb.

Location was great Person who met us was very polite as well

Air conditioning was one unit and didn't reach the upstairs part which made it a horrid night. Was just enough 'bed space' for 5 people but there was no proper sheet for the sofa which was hard - also making it a difficult night to sleep

Awesome location and the apartment itself was wonderful

Host speaking in a harsh way about all the expectations and rules. At the same time the bed wasn’t made, there was only one roll of toilet paper and there was dishes in the dishwasher. Additionally the host was very unclear about how to leave the keys in the different lock boxes that they have there.

We have zero complaints. The handoff of the keys was simple and the lady was very friendly. Location was great. You can find a lot of nice restaurants and cafés by exploring the small streets around. The apartment itself was superb. There are a lot of stairs that could become challenging if you have large suitcases but with backpacks it works fine. The effort is definitely worth the view you get in the apartment.

Great location in the middle of the center and free parking in a garage nearby! Also the view from the 4th floor is great!

It’s quite a steep and long staircase to the 4th floor. Furthermore there was no assistance available when we checked out, so when we forgot something in the appartment, we were not able to retrieve our stuff. They did sent it by mail (on our charges).

Le loft is really well located, in the centre, next to all the restaurants, commerce and interesting spots (you can go anywhere by walking). It was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities to feel at home. Amazing view. Ideal to stay for more than one night.

- Communication with the person in charge for the keys. The instructions were very clear, however the meeting point is not ideal (at the entrance of a busy public parking garage); we were late but we keep the person informed all the time, she waited for us in front of the parking garage with all the information about the car we were driving and when we arrived she didn't say anything, even if we looked at her and wait for someone/something/a sign, but we were forced to enter the parking because there were cars behind us. What is more, the person was angry with the situation. Result: we had to pay the parking (really expensive), meet the person outside, go with her to the loft and then take the car out of the parking so we can re-enter with the card. It was a nightmare, with almost 40 degrees outside. - The loft is on the 4 floor without elevator, and really narrow stairs so pay attention to your luggage and your health condition (I was 7 months pregnant, it was not easy at all). My bad, I didn't see it in the announce. - The parking is about 200m from the loft (Parking Effia Arc du Triomphe). But it's a busy public parking, narrow (not good for a big car), and from the floor -1 to the street there is no elevator (stairs again).

The look&feel apartment is excellent. Great location, friendly host. Everything within walking distance. Parking and charging my EV was no problem. You get a free work out everytime you go to the apartment because it is on the 4th floor and stairs only.

Beds are ok, but not more than that.
