Great resort feel with unique grounds and buildings set in a semi-rural part of Morelia, yet convenient to the center and shopping at big name stores including Costco and Soriana.. Our Mirador suite was spacious with great panorama views and a distinctive layout that exuded style. The grounds were very enjoyable and perfect for walking with our dog. Restuarant offered good food with a varied menu. Service staff was very responsive and friendly.
Beds were a bit firm. Neighborhood dogs were noisy at night and prevented us from venturing outside the property due to their rowdy behavior. Entering and exiting by car required phoning the hotel to open the gate.

El espacio abierto, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, siempre nos dejaban agua fresca en la habitación, repelente y pastillas raid por si acaso.
A pesar de haber varios huéspedes el lugar es grande y no se sentía muy lleno. Las ventanas contaban con mosquiteros para que no entraran los bichos. Los gatitos ❤️
Pensé que por ser retirado del pueblo el transporte iba a ser difícil pero no, incluso en noche de muertos solicité servicios de Uber sin problema.
La habitación era un poquito chica, el tapete no dejaba abrir una parte del armario y si abríamos las ventanas debíamos tener cuidado y obstruía un poco el paso.
Nuestra habitación estaba justo encima de la recepción entonces a veces era un poquito ruidoso.
Sin embargo anda de lo anterior alteró de sobremanera nuestra estancia.

Arrogância e prepotência no trato com hóspede em todo o momento. Regras para tudo sem deixar o hóspede a vontade.
Outro problema:
Adquirirmos o café da manhã na diária, pagando um valor extra sem que fosse explicitado o tipo de café oferecido. Tudo levava a crer se tratar de um café da manha completo.
Durante o checkin, após o pagamento, a recepção ofereceu café completo alegando que o café da reserva era simplesmente o continental. O custo adicional era exorbitante!!! Gerou um desconforto em ambos. Quisemos cancelar tudo e o hotel gentilmente cedeu.

Overall the hotel has a very tired look and feel to it. The mattress was hard and the bed frame was squeaking. We didn’t get a nice sleep.

I love everything about this hotel, I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever been in, so much so that the plan was to stay one night and we are on our third night here, and will probably stay a night more, it's impossible to leave because the staff is so amazing that they make you feel like home, the hotel is pet friendly so that we have our dog with us and she loves this place as well! The hotel has a huge and beautiful garden and our dog absolutely loves the space, being able to be in the middle of nature where everyone that works here treats her so well, always friendly and kind. Aside from that the rooms we have stayed in are very comfortable and beautiful. The design of each room is different and unique, with incredible views of the garden. The food is delicious as well! It's healthy, very tasty, good portions, and so far everything we have tried is delicious. This place is so outstanding that if I could live here I would!
There is nothing I didn't like, on the contrary, I like everything about this hotel!

We enjoyed the indoor pool, the spacious garden and grounds, and the light in the room. The massages were good also. The time we spent was relaxing and pleasant despite the uncomfortable bed. We also loved that there were resident cats that live at the hotel.
Unfortunately the mattresses at this hotel are extremely firm, and it caused a lot of tension and soreness for us during our stay. The restaurant options were also rather limited. Mostly pizza, burgers and salads.

It was difficult to find. To access you must travel a very rough dirt road that is not suitable for sedans.
