Amazing location and really lovely host

The owner Sarath is very friendly and helpful. Even though we only stayed for one night we already had some really nice conversations with him and his friends. The place looks really nice with all the plants and flowers and the location is great and near the city centre. Oh yeah…and watch out for the dogs…as they will steal your heart! ;-)

Beautiful grounds. Amazing greenery. Hosts engaging and lovely. Accommodated my dietary request (vegan). Short walk to tourist sights or easily caught bus to botanical gardens.

Sarath and his wife are wonderful hosts. The guesthouse offers a beautiful view over Kandy and the rooms are spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding!

The owner and his wife were really welcoming with us. Breakfast was superb and they helped us organize some activities in the city. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we could enjoy a small garden with amazing views of the city. The location is perfect, is about 20 min by foot from city center but is not located in a main street, so you won't have to be worried about the noise of the city.

I really loved this place and would have stayed longer if I had more time. Beautiful house and the room was of a very high standard with its own little garden. The hosts are so friendly, helpful and interesting. It has a great location - central and close to the railway station (10 minute walk) and the city centre is walkable (about 30 minutes), but it feels quiet and tranquil and away from chaos of the city. Fabulous place!
