No tiene el nombre afuera me confundí y no estaba segura si era el hotel

Cheap, has parking, easy to get to from highway

No AC, very busy and noisy road with people being loud until late into the night, have to ask for hot water to be turned on and takes a long time to heat up, bad internet

the location from downtown is about 5 min in a cab.

did not like the stairs motion sensor light. im short, it barely detected me. i found myself walking in the dark going up stairs.

Beautiful view, nice common terrasse with fridge, welcoming staff.

The room was smelly, the bathroom wasn't clean and the bed was not comfortable

The staff at the front desk were really nice, attentive and helpful.

The prize was high for the location and amenities offered. For the price paid for two rooms and four people, one can easily find other hotels that offer better amenities such as pool, breakfast and a better view, closer to the zocalo or downtown in Taxco.

the room’s window was so thin that all traffic and people taking outside was very very loud, i had stayed at this property before and they stop arcing breakfast and there was not hot water the first day, I stayed 2 days, the comforter didn’t smell clean and was very old, i asked for fresh sheets the next day.

nice place with very friendly personal, and was really clean 🙂

but there are several points that make upset: - no hot water, the best result you could expect on is - barely warm, if you drain the shower long enough - there is also no hairdryer - under the windows every evening a live concert, loud. And you could hear from the room that the music is so-so - if the hotel is full, wi-fi does not work

it’s kind centrally located, really clean, nice views from the top roof and smells like clean the whole time

the Wifi doesn’t work, really slow wifi, the shower heads water pressure is low, and the staff needs to smile
