Great location, 30min from Airport and fantastic location to city centre, very close to restaurants, shops, sites. Very clean very well designed

Amazing location with and incredibly friendly host. Made our stay in Bordeaux very convenient. Great food, restaurants and sites all within a stones throw.

We had great, clear correspondence, met at the property, everything was explained really well. Apartment was fabulous, everything we needed, even a local treat for us that was most welcome. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, we would stay again. Clean, well equipped, quiet and location was fantastic. Thank you

Everything! Location excelent, just in city center, close to everything. Great shower, comfy beds, dishwasher, great and beautiful building. Host really kind, gave us water, juice and cannelés!!! Loved my stay!

The location was perfect. Within easy reach of bars, restaurants and transport but tucked away in a quiet side street.. The reception from Alain was welcoming and informative. It was a great stay.

Location was great. Close to underground parking and restaurant area. interior was nice. Room heater worked well.

Location was great, apartment was modern and clean, host provided great recommendations and guidance for travel to/from Bordeaux and things to do while in the city.

Would have been nice to have more than one set of keys. Also should tell guests that reservations for dinner on Saturday nights is necessary as all of the restaurants in the area are extremely busy.

Alain was the PERFECT host. He was so polite and patient (particularly with my poor French), and so helpful and communicative. He met me at the property to let me in, show me around, and give me the key. He was very flexible when my flight was delayed significantly, yet was still waiting for me when my taxi finally delivered me to the property. He took the time to give me the grand tour of the apartment and beautiful property, and offered clear checkout directions. He set me up with WiFi access, made wonderful suggestions on where to eat, sights to see, etc., and even had Bordeaux's finest Canneles Bordelais waiting for me. They were very nice, and Alain took the time to explain that they are best eaten on the same day as purchased (which they were). I absolutely loved the location, it could not have possibly be better! This is right in the heart of the historic city centre and within easy walking distance of everything you can imagine (and that is coming from someone with somewhat limited mobility). Despite being surrounded by the wonders of the bustling city centre, the surroundings are SO VERY QUIET and peaceful!! Sleep came easy! You'd never know you're in a big city! The kitchen was well equipped (orange juice and bottled water was very much appreciated), bathroom was immaculately clean, and the shower was great; plenty of hot water and really good water pressure. TV was great. No issues there as there were an abundance of channels to view and, if you take the time to search, you can find at least one English channel along with some other channels that show English programs on occasion. My suggestion, however, would be if you're going to watch TV, watch the French channels and challenge yourself to understand. I'll be back to Bordeaux for a visit sometime in the near future as I plan my retirement to France and, when I do visit the city, staying anywhere else would be a disappointment.

Not a negative, but I didn't realize the property had a washing machine until the morning I left. I might have made good use of that, but not only was that no big deal, it was my shortcoming for not realizing sooner. Honestly, I cannot think of a negative to staying here. I want to go back. I'd be very happy to live there. LOL

The location is amazing - right in the middle of the action, yet is quiet because it's set behind in a courtyard. Perfect! And safe. The host was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. Very comfortable home!

The apartment is in the historic centre of Bordeaux, so you have everything you want as for shops, restaurants and you can easily reach sites of interest. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. We could enter before the planned time.It is well equipped. We had fresh water and some local sweets from the host. It is perfect for two adults.

The host and attention was incredible! We loved our stay here, would have loved to be in for more days. The location is perfect for a short trip to be close to all the attractions.
