The location was excellent for what we needed, and it was such a cute and comfortable house. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot - it had a coffee machine with pods - I love coffee so was very impressed when I saw that in the morning. Simple things for a tired traveller - flew in from Darwin (had been travelling all day)

Good location with places to eat literally around the corner. Off-street parking is a bonus.

Perfect location. Lovely house, walking distance to cafes/restaurants.
The bed upstairs isn't comfortable. Ensuite shower floor is very slippery. Front door lock is loose.

It was lovely when we walked in as the air conditioner was on (it was a hot day). The facilities were clean & comfortable. We had everything we required for our stay.
Some of the pillows may need upgrading. We had a few issues with parking a larger vehicle in the drive and getting around cars parked out the front.

The Location of the home is super convenient, and the home is very nice and clean. The host Marlene is very friendly and helpful, and also fast response! Very good owner!

Great location. Close to city centre and walking distance to supermarket. Fabulous coffee shop right on the street corner.
Oven cook top didn’t work very well. House was a bit cold, reverse cycle heater down stairs didn’t really do the job as the only form of heating in the house.

Everything was excellent. Communication with the landlord was prompt and clear. We were a family of five adults. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet, despite its central location. The WiFi connection was excellent in all rooms. I was particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked: there were ample plates, starter supplies of tea, coffee and milk, and chocolates to welcome us, which were lovely touches. Parking was easy (in private driveway or outside the property). We really felt at home. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you! (William’s wife)

How close it was to cafes. Off street parking,
The shower bases are slippery. There are no Tv's in bedrooms and for a guest who is elderly and not really well, this is essential. There is quite a bit of maintenance that needs doing and gardens are abysmal.
