Everything is excellent, my wife and I had a two night break and flew up from Bangkok - we have stayed at the Crowne Plaza before and look forward to our couple of days of being pampered. The Breakfast, well I have never experienced a Buffer Breakfast like it, there is literally something for everyone even Blue Cheese and Smoked Salmon.

I'm sorry but we couldn't find fault with anything.

All staff are very nice. The room is specious, clean, functional and comfortable.

This is a new hotel that is worth the money. I particularly loved the ambience, room size, pool, lavish breakfast, and the elegantly set up restaurant on the ground floor. A small convenience store is also across from the hotel, in case needed.

The hotel is a bit away from town centre...about 15 minutes walk. And solo female travellers are discouraged by the locals to walk alone after 8 PM or so. Hence, you have to rely on a cab. Also, I didn't see many restaurants close by.

Mixed feelings on this hotel. At first glance - super. Staff friendly, good check in , lots of facilities but not quite the usual 5 star standards. However for Vientiane I think probably one of the best in the city.

Pool was cloudy and really needed some chemicals and a good clean. The breakfast selection of western food a bit lacking, cold & poor quality. However Asian food selection hot and good choices. Room not quite as clean as it could have been, dirty bed valance & carpet stains. A few minor improvements could bring this hotel up to Crowne Plaza standards.

I have stayed in the Crowne Plaza twice before and on both ocassions my experience was wonderful. This time was no exception. I chose the hotel because I knew the facilities were excellent e.g. the infinity swimming pool , the bedrooms, the catering. The location is perfect. The staff can't do enough to help you as a customer. I didn't include catering in my stay this time, but I know from my previous stays the meals are exceptional.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a major convention in the city and the hotel was populated by Laos police and military which interferred with the usual ease to step out and hail a tuck tuck.

Excellent service

property is reasonably new and rooms are of a moderate size. The Three Merchants restaurant is outstanding - both decor and food. The reception team are very helpful and arranged train tickets for us

I think it’s more a Vientiane issue but all services are arranged thru outside agents

The hotel and staffs were great. The front side was under construction but things were very quiet.
