◆Booking.comの予約時条件が＜ ※返金不可。 ※宿泊料金合計が『前払い』として、宿泊施設の任意のタイミングで請求されます。 ＞ となっていたにも関わらず、check in時、male reception staffから『(当hotelは)前払い請求(決済)をしていない』ので『現地支払』をするよう、要求された(その時点では『二重支払の可能性』を排除出来なかった為、Booking.comへの予約条件の確認をするよう求めたが『Booking.comの受付時間外』を理由に確認自体を拒否された)【Booking.comの予約時条件を『前払い不要 - 滞在時に宿泊施設へお支払いください』と 明記し直し、今後新たな宿泊予定者が、予約時に一切誤解することの無い様にすべき!!!!!】。×××××××××× ◆bedroom woody window(南東向き・開き戸 ×②枚)間に隙間【最大約5mm程度】がある【密閉されていない】為、常時、暖気 & bee・mosquio等の大量の小虫が室内に流入して来る為、不衛生!!!!!。⑭泊中(懸命に駆除しても)常時④〜⑤匹程度のmosquioが室内を舞っており、『毎日』身体の複数ヵ所を刺され続けた。また、④(/14)泊目早朝【20240323(土)am】には、queen bed 真上の ceiling light に十数匹のbeeが群がることがあった。【至急 woody window 全体の改修要!!!!!】××××××××××××××× ◆⑪(/14)泊目【20240329 (金)pm】17:50頃から約10分間激しい降雨【夕立ち】があり、bedroom woody window(南東向き・開き戸 ×②枚)の隙間から雨水が室内に侵入【雨漏り】し、woody窓枠(底面) & white color wall(一部) & bedroom床面(の一部) 計約3㎡程度 が水浸しになった【至急 woody window 全体の改修要!!!!!】。××××××××××××××× ◆bathroom showerが『高温 & 高圧』で利用出来ない【erectric給湯器の給湯能力が低い為、高温showerを利用するには『湯圧(湯量)を1/3程度』に下げなければならない】。△××××× ◆Booking.com予約条件に『専用バルコニー【a private balcony】付』とあったが(実際には『非常階段(通路)の一部』で)自室からの出入りは出来ない仕様(各階の非常扉から誰でも自由に出入り可能な為、全く『専用』仕様ではない)【至急予約条件の訂正要!!!】。△××× ◆④(/14)泊目【20240322 (金)pm】＜述べ①名＞ & ⑤(/14)泊目【20240323 (土)pm】＜述べ②名＞、自室(東南向き)窓外側のbalcony【非常階段(通路)】上にstrange personsが数十分に亘り佇んでいた＜計②名(male costruction staff(other company) & male hotel saff)【計述べ③名】＞【非常に不快!!!!!。安心して宿泊出来ない!!!!!。(原則)非常時以外は、非常階段(通路)spaceに誰も立ち入らせるべきではない!!!!!

things(electric kettle, sockets,fridge,etc)are quite old.would suggest them to maintain it well.built in wardrobe smell doesn't good and need to do some maintenance.

Recommended! Both the staff and the accommodation at this hotel are fantastic! I enjoy how helpful and friendly the staff is, especially how good their breakfast is and how you can order a cup of fresh coffee from them. This hotel is wonderful!

The place needs some renovation and definitely a deep cleaning. Was expecting a room with balcony and city view according to our confirmation email but at the hotel we have been told there are no double rooms with balcony. Prices should be adapted to the quality or viceversa.

The location is very strategic as a leisure traveller, its near all the points of interest in Vientiane

The bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade and their toiletries provided may also be improved, price-wise though, you get what you paid for, all in all the hotel stay is quite affordable

Good breakfast, even though the number of food is small but basically it was not bad.

Air conditioner didn't partially worked such as control of air direction. Shower nozzle was too short.

According the description my deluxe room should have a balcony, but there was no. Keep in mind that standard rooms do not even have a window. Safe in room was broken, fixed after I complained. Phone in the room did not work. 4% extra when pay by visa. Other lao hotels I can take 3%

It has a very rich breakfast buffet. Quiet location. 10 min walk to the temples and the city bus station.

Most rooms have a window into the corridor, hence poor ventilation of the room. In the morning, the taste of the breakfast kitchen permeates the room.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating, I felt very comfortable at the hotel. The room was so clean I could smell the detergent. The Wi-Fi was also good enough for me to work.

The AC didn't seem to cool well but it was ok for just one night.

Closeness to the city centre. The bathroom has amenities like toothbrushes, tooth paste, soap and shampoo. Important, there's hot water. The hotel is also walking distance to the bus station.

There were mosquitoes buzzing me the whole night. Despite the bed was comfortable, it was a little too narrow. There wasn't a control pressure for the shower, so when you pressed the button, the water hits you with high pressure. If the water's cold in winter, you'd get a shock.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was awesome!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - it was larger than the average hotel room at this price. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was also conveniently located, not far from the center of Vientiane. Overall, I found the hotel to be very comfortable and would definitely recommend it to others.

During my stay at this hotel, I noticed that the TV signal was not always clear. While this did not greatly affect my overall enjoyment of the hotel, it may be something that the hotel management might want to consider addressing in the future. Additionally, I found that the buffet breakfast sometimes had items that were empty and were not quickly refilled. While the staff in the dining room were always very helpful, this did detract somewhat from the breakfast experience. These are just a few small suggestions that I hope might help the hotel to continue improving and providing a wonderful experience for all of their guests.
