incredible service and facilities

not the best location of our room

the hotel is wonderful and the staff super friendly. they please you all the time. you feel spoiled from the check in to check out. the spool area is designed to integrate with the rooms and there are many options for restaurants.

options for vegetarians are limited at Kimata restaurant. if not vegetarian options are fantastic. everyday something different and super tasty.

Everything was amazing. Neat and wonderful view from my room. The service is 10/10.

There was a bad scent at the toilet. that was the only thing I didnt like

I thought the staff could have explained our room and facilities a little more such as events that happens around the resort and how to get a buggy otherwise nothing to complain about

the jacuzzi suite was incredible and the staff was top notch. anything I wanted I got it and tips are much appreciated here but not necessary. but how can you not tip this service? it was outstanding

I liked a couple restaurants the most out of all and I wish I had the luxury of eating at those again instead of being forced to only able to eat a new one every night I even lost out on a dinner Because I didn’t want Mexican food ( as we just did holiday in Mexico two weeks prior) that was literally my only complaint but I get it, they think if you like the food so much you’ll book again to come back…, well played

Everyone was amazing and attentive, always asking if we needed anything, the space is always very clean and organized both in the room and outside. I cannot forget the restaurants, the food was worthy of the best chefs in the world.

Staff were friendly, helpful & the hotel itself is beautiful. Great gym too!

The quality of everything just wasn’t five star standard, particularly considering the price point. The food was really average. The dressing gowns were horrible. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows don’t fit the mattress. The walls are like paper so you can hear the room next door, or someone walking past could hear into your room. The spa didn’t even take a health questionnaire prior to my treatments, and the treatments themselves weren’t the best. After my massage the masseuse left the room to let me change and then… just didn’t come back? Whenever you have to sign something to the room you’re just given a plain receipt, no board. It’s the little details that don’t make this feel like a five star experience whatsoever unfortunately.

From the time you walk into reception they looked after us exceptionally from check in with the wonderful Eleni which we cannot thank enough to the restaurant staff to the staff that took us by buggy to and from different restaurants to our every need exceptional service can recommend highly and will visit again thank you 🤩

Cannot fault - it was perfect

The hotel is lovely even more than we expected! The pool, the restaurants and the team were very nice.

We paid for all inclusive, and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that all the restaurants were sold out, which was very not fair, and after we clarified we wouldn’t give up on this - suddenly there were free slots for 3 different restaurants - one for each night. On one of the days we asked for more shampoo, and since the hair dryer was on we couldn’t here the knock on the door - so the woman from the house keeping just came into the room without any approval. On our last night there was a private event at the hotel (a wedding), and the hotel announced about that only a few hours before the event. Obviously, we didn’t have any choice, and we heard the noisy music until very late night hours. On our last day, we paid for a late check out (€60) because we wanted to refresh before our flight back home, and we didn’t even get new towels - also after we asked for it. We used the pool towels instead.

our overall experince was very good, but every night we had a bad smell ( sewage smell) all over the place. when we told the staff about it there was no solution

The Hotel is really great and quite. great for couples looking for time off the staff is great and smiling, the food is great. for sure will be there again

amazinggggg! everything was top notch. we took the all inclusive deal, a pool room. we were 3 rooms. the food, the staff, everything was lovely.

They don’t inform you about the possibility to upgrade to all inclusive until the check out when you have already paid double!
