They don't mention in their Booking description that you can't pay with a card – only cash or via Pay Pal (which I don't use). If I knew that in advance, I wouldn't book this apartment because I don't usually have a lot of cash with me and I feel that if a place doesn't accept cards, it just tries to avoid taxes... What is more, the instructions came only in German (which I don't understand) so I wanted to find staff and ask about details but first day was no one there. You can't imagine my surprise when a janitor approached me the second morning and started yelling at me straight away that I haven't paid and I must pay right now. No matter that I was on a work call in the moment. Anyway, I went to withdraw money and a few moments later I came to the janitor's apartment to settle the bill. Eventually, I told her that I really don't like her rude behavior. Her reaction? She shut the door in my face! However, things were going from bad to worse – after we had returned back home, Booking wrote me a message that I didn't pay for my stay in Leipzig...!!! Which I am currently trying to prove that I did. It is insolent! What a shame, I think the apartment was comfy, the garden was great, the location was fine... but it is all ruined up with this outrageous behavior! Really don't recommend you to stay there.

Its a great place and very to the point accommodation that I highly recommend.

The collection of the keys was a bit cumbersome due to the requirement to pay before, but the friendly help from the property solved it all :)

Nice apartments in Leipzig for the price. Clean, comfortable. Convenient location. Clean rooms. Maid Annette is very helpful with all questions.

Shower drain was clogged.

The apartment was very clean with a modern design and furniture. There were small things in the kitchen area (a bit of tea, coffee, small bottle of wine), which is really nice and welcoming. Good location - close to the tram station but center is also reachable by walk.

There was lack of communication with the owner. As soon as I arrived, I had troubles to open the door, I tried to call via the phone several times, nobody picked up. Later on I had another question related to the wifi & I sent sms, also no reply. Eventually all was figured out, but contact number is given for a contact & nobody replies... Another issue is heating system at some point start making very loud sounds, I had to turn the heating off, so I could fall asleep.

A fantastic and cosy apartment and everything had been thought of - down to a welcoming bottle of sparkling wine! Loved it.

The only suggestion would be to put the apartment numbers on the doors - finding it was a little confusing finding it when tired after a long trip.

Stylish, Spacious & very clean My questions were answered very promptly. Was pleasantly surprised by a complementary bottle of wine. Nice of the host.

Cleaning fee could be more transparent from the beginning and should be factored into the price and would be better if towels are included in the price as the apartment is like a hotel. There could be English in the instruction manual since there are so many international travellers like me

The whole apartment was really nice, lovely quiet courtyard to sit out and have a coffee. All the facilities were perfect. Short walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend 100%...thank you Rebekka

Nothing to dislike about this place

Lovely apartment with easy access to all facilities. Would definately stay here again.Very Clean and modern.

One thing that needs improving are the quality and supply of both hand and bath towels. Had to buy some as only had two all week. Also the kitchen area could be a little better equipped. Instructions regarding the regulations within the apartment in different languages would have been useful as we did not speak German.
