that we had to pick up the keys on the other side of the city. we had travelled for a long time and it was very hot weather. we had a lot of luggage and we had to walk for a long time just to pick up the keys

Better windows insulation would prevent street's noise, especially from trams.

Key is picked up from a cafe 2km from location. Trip from cafe to apartment was straightforward and dropping off baggage worked well. Parking at €12 a night was convenient at Zoo car park (cash only machine) a short walk (two blocks). Apartment is very well located essentially over the road from the centre of town. Lots of eating options within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is reasonably spacious. The building is quite interesting. Internet worked well.

There is no aircon so open windows were necessary. The apartment was quite noisy with open windows with both tram and distant train noise, plus car traffic. The apartment could do with more cutlery, glasses etc. There are no mugs for example.

Very good location

Room can get hot in the summer, no air conditioning. Slight smoking smell in the kitchen.

The apartment is beautiful, modern and spacious. Very comfortable and reasonably close to city Centre. Trams run from front of building. Communication response from Alex was very good when we were trying to get info on WiFi and windows etc I would recommend this apartment but be aware that parking is away from apartment about 300 meters. We were fortuneate that we got temporary parking for 10 minutes at another apartment across the road which allowed us to unload baggage.

We elected to collect keys at cafe Grundmann and this worked out well. The apartment is approx 2kms from the cafe. It is very difficult if you arrive by car as you cannot stop in street in front of apartment and you need to off load luggage. The instructions to locate and enter the apartment were not clearly shown and we had some difficulty in locating the correct apartment. I would recommend that there is a better information folder placed in the apartment to explain how windows work, and advise that there are no English TV channels etc. the WiFi code was on a board on wall but we could not initially see this. More maps and tourist info in the folder would help ( there was one small map in container on cupboard but it disintegrated when we picked it up !). These are suggestions and not criticisms.
