Excellent breakfast, great shower, spacious rooms, very clean comfortable beds, very attentive staff

Place was very clean. Owner and staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Food was plentiful, lots of choice and well cooked. Handy for the beach, the town and restaurants. A good base for local sights e.g. Antrim Coast and Giant’s Causeway.

Having to hold the toilet seat up. No TV in the room. However, the TV lounge was very comfortable.

Awsome location just few mins walk to the beach , guesthouse has brand new rooms with all facilities available . The host is a super cool guy who is at help always . Breakfast is really nice . Would love stay again if I am here again 👏🏻

I cannot say enough great things about Corratevay guest house. We had such a lovely stay, Berkeley the owner went above and beyond helping us with our plans. The house was so relaxing and comfortable, felt at home. The breakfast every morning was exceptional, options for everyone and delicious!

Honestly nothing- everything was amazing.

The location is not far from a beautiful beach where we took a walk in the evening. Th other direction it is an easy walk to pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms clean and full of character. We liked the sitting room and the real books around the rooms.

I was a bit worried about the location being on a main road but the double glazing was very effective and I slept very well. Barclay the host was extremely helpful and attended efficiently to all our needs. As there were 4 of us travelling I had booked two double rooms in next door guest houses (An Caislean and Corratavey) and was delighted to find that the two properties were interconnected and so we were all able to have breakfast together. The rooms were not huge but there were a couple of lounges available to use as well as a kitchen area to prepare hot drinks. Breakfast had to be ordered in advance but this meant it was served quickly and hot. Room prices were good value.

Breakfast was superb! Barkley was very attentive. Perfect location!

We had an excellent room that was clean and warm. The walls had been freshly painted and the carpets and bathroom looked new. The walk to town for restaurants and pubs was about 10mins. Easy. Breakfast was traditional continental to start with followed by a variety of freshly prepared hot dishes. The host and hostess were charming and friendly and we had many conversations about where to visit and special places to see. Even their dog was happy to greet us. Such a lovely family. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation and the price was very very reasonable.

I really can't think of anything. Probably the only criticism would be exiting the premises was difficult as there was a school across the street and parking out front blocked your view of oncoming traffic.
