the location was great and secure. the outdoor catering arrangement was good. courteousb staff

The environment, staffs. Above all the hotel is top notch Serene and calm

They should have got a gym and swimming pool that would make it more exceptional

- it was dirty - my view was the concrete from the next building - it has a musty smell - the toilet was unpleasant - it was always loud, noise from the restaurant was pleasant it was the staff (foreign and indigenous) that made the most noise- constantly - the first “complimentary breakfast” I ordered came out like prison food so I rejected it and went to nap hungry before waking to look for a decent meal - the place generally put me in a bad mood. i was depressed- I had to move somewhere else

I never knew there was breakfast. But the food is delicious but quite pricey. The location is very good. Easy to locate for taxi.

FOR THE TWO NIGHTS SPENT, I MISS THE BREAKFAST ON BOTH OCCASIONS. BUT ON THE ORDER HAND THE WIFI WAS GOOD.

I LIKE EVERTHING.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was good. The ambience and the outside bar was excellent.

The MTN network in the hotel was very poor. The staff could do better in applying initiatives and passing simple instructions across shift as I had a guest stranded because of inability to follow simple instruction.
