Nice hotel layout with 2 pools and spacious breakfast area. The bed was very hard. Windows and window treatments were very dirty. Falling paint from the walls and decor of the room poorly done with terrible painters and finishers. Although the bathroom was finished in a granate the shower baseboards were falling off and very dirty corners. The shower faucet definitely needs replacement and the provided towels although with the hotel logo were totally worn-out. Constant problems with the TV channels.
Breakfasts were terrible. Fruits were non fresh, bad coffee, cold dishes totally prepared for the local guests only.

The staff was great, welcoming, happy to help.
The breakfast was not great. In fact some items were served burned. I remember an elderly man had to complain that they call the chef so he could have a word with him. We checked out earlier than our check out date because we really didn't find the place so special

Restaurant menu pretty unavailable and long delay on the service to provide drinks and food and i was with friends and we were almost the sole customers, it was empty; besides they are proud to say to cook continental food.....only the names of the plates, but they cook in the local way

The amount charged for transport from the hotel to the airport bothered me, it was a hotel employee who took me, I was charged 10,000 naira.

Overall Ambience was Good ! Specially the indoor Pool
The overall stay was very uncomfortable, I eventually changed room 3 times in 24hours (1st room had very bad smell, 2nd room had bed bugs & different kind of Bed ants) then finally they assigned a 3rd room by 1am in the night before I could catch my sleep !

long flight of stairs from car park to the lobby. even though there was staff available to help with luggage up the stairs, it’s strange there is no lift or escalator.

I didn't have breakfast, i had lunch and dinner. The service there was poor and slow. The food hygiene wasn't great, all three of us are still having diarrhea 5 days are we got back home. I will definately stay here again, just wont eat their food
