The serene enviroment

Area is a bit far from city centre

The Ac was really chilly and the location is great!

They need to fumigate and also try to be more cleaner!old everything!

I loved the environment. It was serene. With a nice view of the mountains. The room was spacious as well as the living room area too. The complimentary breakfast was top notch too. The staff were nice too,and polite. Overally, I enjoyed my stay.

My flight was for 3:25 pm and check-out time is for noon but it would be too early to go to the airport and have to sit and wait I spoke to the supervisor and he allowed me still till 2 pm was kind of him. The front desk when I arrived was warm and smooth.

At a point electricity became inconsistent and that affected the wifi as well.

Faulty AC The door leading out of the room could not stay shut unless it is locked Faulty intercom phone, so each time we wanted to communicate with the receptionist or order for food, we had to go to the reception Faulty drainage system, leading to a pool of water after taking a shower

The environment was very cool and comfortable to live in.

The bed was small.

The first lady i met on check-in was new but willing to do everything to make me comfortable. Although, I think there is no need for a staff going all out of their way if there is a standard process of receiving guest.

Second front desk lay was nasty in my point of view. She was explaining to me what complimentary breakfast is as if I'm been done a favour to be served breakfast and i should be thank full for that. Same lady also went out of her to eavesdrop on my phonemail that i went to take outside of the restaurant. When i got back, she started telling me that their wifi works because she heard me say on call that the internet connection in that areas was poor.

The location had some good views of the hills to the rear of the building. Staff were polite and helpful at all times The breakfast was ok

The single room I was in was next to the reception so all the noise from the reception TV could be heard in my room The bathtub was an absolute disgrace, needs to be changed There was a strong stench in the room upon entry on the first night The dining room was not anything to write about Staff were observed sleeping on the floor in reception

Loved everything asides the fact that the water supply system wasn't perfect but everything else was perfect
