The location is good nearby railway station and bus stop for nuwara eliya. Its around 15 mins ride. The family who is managing the hotel are very kind. I will definitely recommend travellers to stay here.

we loved it here! only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Nanuoya is such a sweet little town and this hotel is in a perfect location if you want to explore the area. the place is small and so are the rooms, but for us it didn’t matter. we loved the view from the balcony! the whole family was so kind and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast :) thank you!

The view from the rooms to the tea plantation hills is amazing; The owner and his family make all the efforts to meet your needs, even picked us up from the train station without our request and for free; The room is small but comfortable and clean; The surroundings are beautiful for a walk in the morning and there are buses passing all the time to Nuwara Eliya

Was a great stay, the host Selva was so kind and helpful , he even let me into his home to eat dinner, they offer food which i recommend , home made fresh and delicious, they teach English in the afternoons to the local children which was great to see, the wifi is very good and the location is right next to the train station in nanoya, the rooms are basic but everything you need, I was only planning on staying one night but ended up staying two, thanks for the stay!

The room had a great view, very comfy bed and it was pretty clean. Plus, I could enjoy some amazing scenery from the windows and the terrace. The family was lovely, too and they spoke decent English. This is actually a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya. The Train View is in Nanu Oya, right at the train station (but don't worry, Nanu Oya is a small and sweet place so it's too noisy there or something) and Nanu Oya is about 20 mins from Nuwara Eliya (you can take the local bus and the bus ride is really scenic). I also liked that there were plenty of local restaurants around.

Hosts were fabulous, so welcoming, and very close to the train station. Organised drivers for the two days we were there and recommended great trips to do during the day. Food was AMAZING best we’ve had on our entire trip.

Situated within a walking distance from the Railway Station. There is a walking path leading to the guest house straight from the town center. (Nanuoya is a very small town by the way.) Bathroom had hot water, which is an essential need in this part of the country. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

We realized that this place is not the good option, only when we were trying to reach there, since we had our own vehicle. The access road was of very bad condition. They did not have any secured parking space either. (Luckily you can squeeze-in a small vehicle to the neighbouring land.) It was a bit difficult to find the place also. Our biggest shock came when we were shown the room. The bathroom was different than the one shown in the original booking. The commode didn't have a commode seat! When asked about this, we were told that they couldn't do anything since they were full. We just had to cope up since we were staying for the night. Considering the amount we had spent, we were not expecting any luxuries at all. But, we were truly disappointed because of the lack of basic facilities (and of course about the difference from the original posting in Booking.com).
