could have used a table and chair/dressing table in the room. there was plenty of space for one.

This is a very basic hotel. great if you are on a budget. It does all the essentials very well. very good for people travelling alone who just want somewhere to sleep there is a comfortable bed, tv ensuite room is well designed for the space.

very basic. I thought a kettle to make a drink in your room was standard practice, all they have is a drinks machine in the foye. there is hardly any space in the room about a foot of space around the bed, and a little bit of space outside the ensuite, only just enough to get dressed. no extras such as a chair or a desk

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the main train station and the city centre. It was a very good price for a city centre hotel.

I like that the hotel situated right near the station very convenient location and very friendly staff had an issue with ac they sorted it out straight away and just very professional and polite service easy check in and very easy check out hony was very helpful during day of checkout and made it very easy and peaceful.

Nice staff. Great location (2 mins from train station) Great for a short stay (and long one if you like basic but very clean accommodation) You get exactly what they say is there. Why do folk complain about room size and no clothes hangers??? Get real, it’s a budget hotel, and a very good one at that. Go pay double for a window or clothes hangers or a little bit more room. Thank you ladies at Easyhotel Birmingham.

Should’ve had breakfast, served in bed 😬. Nah, no complaints. I knew what I was getting here.
