I like the interior design of the suite and the cleanliness. It is cozy and comfortable, the beds and pillows are just nice. The suite is suitable for a family of four memeber.

Only one toilet, have to take turn to go toilet. The slide toilet door was not easy to manage. No hand wash. No pegs and the clothes hanging outside drop off from the rack.

It was close to central and the room size was big with all the amenities. Easy to check in and check out. We had a great view of the city too.

The room we stayed in is in need of maintenance, it is a very used property and definitely could not tell from the pictures. Planks on the flooring are coming off, shower doors not closing tightly, leaking air conditioning, some air conds are not cold (it was very hot in the morning), broken bed head frame (it has separated from the bottom bed frame!), leaking water from toilet bowl hose to the floor, we can't use the toilet else with every flush it will leak even more and flood the toilet, but thank god there were 2 toilets so we used the other one, curtain tie hinges falling off, ants in the kitchen coming through the gap in the table and wall because the plasters in between them are falling off etc. Made it all a very unpleasant stay at the end of the day when you just want to get back to rest. Maybe not all the rooms are like this but I hope the management can fix some of these rooms. Might as well stay in other apartments with with similar price.

The apartment is comfortable to stay and the location is good and near to most of the visiting spots. Also, host is very helpful to assist whenever needed.

From my experience of travelling and booking rooms, there are only few which I can consider fully satisfied from both perspective of money and the room. I can guarantee this is one of them. If I come back here again in KK, I will definitely choose this property again. It is so comfortable, classic, simple, well equipped and the price also good. And some more the person in charge was so responsible and replied rapidly even in the middle of the night. I really like the small table facing city.

Only the bathroom knob wrongly installed (the outside were inside). Not an issue coz still can use the door, only feel a bit insecure coz cant lock the bathroom door from inside. Already inform the owner and they will get it fixed in no time.

the apartment has very spacious room sizes and the view to the mountains, to have Netflix and good wifi is great. the instructions texted on arrival are clear and easy to follow.

The extra charges added on arrival for cleaning, the building corridors are really dark, full of humidity. The owner wakes you up early with texts and the amount of warnings for potential damages around the flat are quite off putting. Some of furniture is covered in pealing plastic, strange…

Easy self check in..The owner baik sangat, booked 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1 night, owner upgrade gi 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, harga yg sama🥰 easy to contact, cepat je rply..nice view, ada wifi, Netflix, toilet paper, shampoo, body shampoo, microwave, peralatan dapur semua ada, washing machine, 1 parking..next time dtg lagi..
