الغرفة صغيرة جدا والسرير صغير، اذا طولك 180 سم ، لا يصلح للاسف ، الحمام جدا صغير

The room is clean and the Furnitures is nice , big good TV+ free 2 bottles of water.

The bed pillows feels old and not comfortable. The restaurant environment for eating the breakfast. ( i decided not to eat breakfast for this reason)

The rooms are not sound proof and you may easily listen other room voice/conversation. I had bad experience when someone requested wakeup call next to my room at 4am and the phone was continuously ringing for 25 minutes without any break. I woke up on this call but the person who requested to wakeup call didn’t wake up for 25 minutes at 4 am in the morning. I complained to reception to stop ringing. Washroom is little bit small as compare to other hotels. little bit smelly outside the room. Basement parking is very narrow for big cars and difficult to park.

All good expect the Wi-Fi was a bit low

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. Also, the price was great.

The bed and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable.

no washing machine or essential cleaning tools; as a family, I would stay longer if we had a washing machine available like other hotels

The walls are very thin and sounds from my neighbors are very loud and clear, If you know what I mean.

the breakfast is bad , i suggest to be same as the other hotel as open

The hotel was amazing. Staff was so accommodating, and special thanks go to Ms. Nafla at customer service for her extended special hospitality.
