Heart of alkhobar city

Bad experience.unfortunately, there are several basic things should be in good conditions or available. First , there is not towels in bathrooms. Wifi coverage not available at my suit.tv channels was not clear .sink in suit was smily. Bugs in bathrooms.the iron was damaged and i could not use it.i asked for extra 4 blankets but they ofer 2 only.finally, one of the bedrooms tv wires was exposed which is extreme violation of safety.

its 20 minutes or so away from aziziyah beach and breakfast didn’t have any variety

The receptionist was not helpful, and there were not enough towels or soap available, and when I asked for them, soap was not brought because they did not have them, and when I asked for an extra blanket, my request was ignored. The suite bedroom was noisy due to the air conditioning or fans outside

Receptionist is very very good and professional. They have good training. The hotel has a very good location, a convenient price and the rooms are clean, close to Al Rashed complex, only 3 or 5 minutes away. I like this hotel and definitely i will stay again. Thank you for the services. Nice Hotel
