Appartement spacieux avec une belle vue. L’hôte a été très sympathique et reste joignable.

Eine fehlende Info über Errichtung eines Neubaus (Baustelle) direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus. Dieser kostet leider mehr als die Hälfte des Meerblicks.
Bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen wäre es wünschenswert nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu bekommen.
Mückenschutz vor Fenstern und Türen wäre schön.

this place is really better than you see in the photos! I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious and clean, bright, with a nice view, and fully equipped. communication was super easy and everything was just great! we stayed with my husband, but there is really enough space for 4 people. there is not far away supermarket reached by car and also a parking lot is included in the house, which is a must-have for Madeira.

Evening was perfect🤩 Clean apartment, parking spot, Wi-Fi, good tv: YouTube, Netflix, etc. Good location. Nice owner who always respond.
Construction nearby, but it wasn’t loud, so it’s ok.

Location, close to many restaurants and supermarkets.
Easy to get to the highway.
Full equipped kitchen.
Lot of space at the whole flat.
Flat feels a bit cold, a small heater will be nice (blankets are ok but not useful always!).
It is a pity the views from the balcony are lost due to a new building under construction.

Amazing place! We had such a wonderful time here! The flat was clean, all furnished, you will find everything you need for super stay ( even coffee machine 😊). Very nice balcony with amazing view to the ocean, perfect place for lazy breakfast :). The owner was really nice, very helpful, polite and friendly. When we came late evening, there was no problem with chek in. Furthermore, flat has a private parking place, so it's very helpful for late evenings travellers 🤗 strongly recommended !

The view and the parking in the basement.
The noisy construction in front and the fact that nobody advertised us of it. If we had know we would never have spent our holidays there.

Very clean, in a residential area, in proximity to many cafes and bars. The town is a good starting point to explore island.
There is a heavy construction right next to the apartment, causing a lot of noise from the early morning hours. Apart from that there is no central heating or additional electric heaters in the apartament, so the evenings and the mornings are quite cold.

Apartment was perfectly prepared and had everything we need. Balcony offers nice view over the Atlantic. Area around the apartment is mainly of locals offering nice bars and coffees.
As temperature droped below 20°C outside, it got a bit chilly at the apartment. Missing any heating equipment.

Waking up with the room filled in golden colour of sun from the sunrise was the best part of this apartment. Location is perfect for someone with no car, local bus stop and SAM bus stops are within walkable distance. Jose is very kind, attentive and helpful. Anything that I needed during my stay, he helped me with instantly. Flat is spotless clean and I know for sure that I will be coming back to this place in the future. In short I would highly recommend this place to anyone, everything you need when on holiday is here with the bonus of having a helpful host Jose.
