Difficult to locate property, bad shower head pressure

Property was clean, in a good location. There you can find all you need: towels, hair dryer, iron, bed-clothes. Everything was working great.

One minus of this property, that when we transfer couch into bed, she was very loud. So sleep in there was not that great.

Beautiful homely stay. The beds were big and comfortable. Quick responses from the staff when needing any help.

The location was a bit far from the centre, but manageable

The apartment and area were nice

From the pictures it looked like there where two full bathrooms but it’s only one. You could not open the windows.

all of it, mostly the neighborhood, very peaceful and quiet

it’s complete automated, which makes it difficult during odd hours of check in especially with late flights or buses. call center personnel coordination could be more cordial and empathetic

The apartment is comfortable and well kept

The check in procedure was complicated as it had to be done online. We attempted several times but in the end we had to drive to HQ for assistance.

The apartment is very close to the city center and a grocery store is within walking distance, there were 4 of us in the apartment and it fit very well, all the dishes for cooking were available, there were also separate washing products, towels and blankets, pillows

The apartment was otherwise very beautiful, but in general the apartment was dirty, the curtains were dirty as well as the floors and ceilings and walls, the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was very minimal and the water did not go down from the bathroom faucet, also there were two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of kitchen paper for the whole time , in addition, there were two capsules for washing dishes and for washing clothes, since there were not enough capsules, we washed the dishes by hand, which was not difficult, because the floors went dirty quickly, a bigger brush could have been usful to wipe the floors. In addition, there were two garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can for the entire stay

Plenty of room, was a good base for our 4 day stay. A home away from home.

No complaints

The location has a great view and even though it's a bit far from the central station it can be reached as it follows - by metro + 2 stops with the bus - by free ferry and 2 stops with the bus - by free ferry and 15 minutes walk. It's a quiet area and the place has almost everything you'll need to cook a breakfast and drink a coffee before starting your day. Check in and check out was all made via e-mail and it was easy.

Located in a quiet area, but still close to public transportation. Stocked with some dishes and flatware so eating at the room was an option/easy. Staff is quick to respond, and very polite.

The room was a little dirty, i.e. some stains on the couch and curtains. Nothing that took away from the visit.
