The location was excellent and having a whole fully furnished apartment to ourselves was really good. Once in the apartment everything was comfortable and good for our visit. Not only does it have a great view but also it is located in the heart of S.Margherita.

While the booking alerted us to there being steps, nothing prepared us for the ordeal of the climb. At first, there are 30 steep, narrow steps to the first landing, in one straight line. Then three more stories with another 34 steps to the apartment. As an alternative, there is a clumsy, slow rickety disabled person’s electric inclinater chair if you are prepared to sit on it and balance a 23 kms suitcase on your lap or juggle the cases up the stair case, and when you leave, down, then you will be delighted with the accommodation. At other times, be prepared to climb 64 steps each way. This difficulty should have been fully disclosed at the time of booking. The way it was stated was extremely misleading. Once you arrive and have paid, then to be left alone to manage the climb is very difficult and leaves you without an alternative.

I don’t have enough words to describe the living room view is fantastic 🤩 apartment includes all facilities like kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utilities room with washing machine➡️ Plus wifi and air conditioner. Owners very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for families with toddlers. Apartment in city centre with everything you need restaurants, cafe, shops, bakery and just cross the road your are In Beautiful beach. 🏖 Perfect holidays. 💯 Apartment 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Helpful and responsive hosts. Wonderful location with a sea/harbour view in a lovely small town. We could walk, bus or train everywhere we wanted to go. Great base for walking the Portofino Park which has many excellent hikes. Lots of good restaurants in the town with fresh fish/seafood. We had plenty of space in the apartment on the wet days.

The place is really amazing, especially the location is just perfect. It is directly at the beach, the ferry and the beginning of the pedestrian area downtown. The apartment is nice and has everything you need. Most importantly the landlord is wonderful. He helped us with everthing, gave us information about the best places to park, eat, buy groceries,...

A perfect spot in the deep heart of Santa Margherita, with a very kind host. I recommend.

The living room and the bedroom were large and well appointed. The view as excellent and the location was also excellent.

The amount of stairs required to be mounted to reach the apartment. If you were unfit or had a respiratory or heart condition you could not stay there, The bathrooms were not as clean as they could be, mould around the showers. The small bathroom was SMALL! It was almost impossible to use the shower without getting water all over the place and it was very difficult to get into. The kitchen was no more than a scullery, very small.
