Matteo was an amazing host. The hotel is clean & comfortable with a fine breakfast and ideal location. Wonderful bed and a huge shower. Our room even had a lovely patio.

Charming and helpful host. Ideal situation in the town centre and near to the beach. Nice, clean room and good breakfast.

Excellent position - right in the center. For being 3* the hotel is super nice for the design. Staff is helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had two showers - great when you need save time with the partner! Right in front of the hotel there is a paid parking and a garage.

Breakfast has a very modest selection :( Cheese and ham (1 type of each) saved the situation, toast bread and a bit of focaccia but really few types of fruits and just a bit of sweets.

The location was ideal. Quiet but so close to the centre. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Thank you Matteo

Wow. Matteo, the owner of the hotel, goes out of his way to help with everything - car parking, restaurants, tours. He really cares that guests will enjoy their stay The hotel is very cozy, spacious rooms and in a great location highly recommend

We really liked the fact that its close to the beach and sea also to the city centre. The room was spacious but i think it was a bit expensive given the circumstances. However, breakfast was included so it balanced out. The staff was really helpful and lovely.

In the middle of the night, we woke up and saw a lot of ants in our room, which was not so nice. Also there was a lot of noise coming from outside mainly cars and motorcycles. Next day, we told what happened to the reception, we wanted to change our room, after showing them the ants they changed with a smaller one, but at least there was no ants, they also offered a champagne as a compliment.

Not a proper hotel, just the base floor of an apartment building. View and breakfast not ideal. Won’t recommend. Bad signal and wifi in the hotel room.

The staff was extremely friendly, very lovely people overall, the rating is dedicated to them really. The room was very well decorated and looked modern.

The air conditioning was very dirty so we didn't use it at all. So was the ventilation in the bathroom. Generally things felt unclean and not very well maintained. VERY thin walls, we could hear everything going on around us, for easy sleepers only.

The location, the breakfast and the staff were great.

Very convenient location within literally minutes from the beach and ferry services to Portofino. As you walk out of the hotel you find yourself in the central area of Santa Margherita. The rooms were nice with an arty looking touch makes you feel very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and modern. Matteo, the owner, was very helpful in providing information and ensuring we have everything we needed. The room rate came with breakfast and even though it is not a typically rich continental breakfast ie no eggs, bacon , sausages etc… there were a wide variety of mouth watering Italian fruits and sweet selections of cakes in addition of course to ham and cheese. Breakfast was served in the outside garden adding a romantic Italian style to the experience. For the healthy eaters, flakes and oats are available. All is all, we recommend this place to stay. We wish Matteo success in welcoming more international tourists with the upcoming season.

Newly renovated nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big modern bathroom. Parking is far away and you have to walk back for 15min, so try to get a free parking, we didn't manage in the high Season, it was all full. Good breakfast and short Walking distance to the Center with plenty of Restaurants.
