Aperture in bathroom not closing properly, house very cold. Bathroom water tap not consistent water so half way through you would end up with ice cold water. Towels small and smelly. Replaced but still.smelly. no one cleans room

The owner was really very nice and let us drop our bags before the check-in time. The apartment was very warm and well-located. It faces a nice backyard so it's not noisy.

Unfortunately we felt like the house wasn't very clean (there was dust on the walls, pipes, baseboards, crumbs on the fridge, the shower curtain was dirty, etc..). The towels were washed but didn't have a pleasant smell and were very worn. The whole place was a bit run-down and neglected, e.g. the headboard's fake leather is peeling. Overall, it needs a renovation and deep cleaning. It's not the owner's fault, but the neighbours on the other apartment were smoking and we smelled it from our room. The internet was spotty.

We really liked our stay here. In the apartament we had found all we needed- from iron, kitchen utensils to coffee machine - and it was in perfect location (close to train station and city centre). I agree that sofa in the living room wasn't very comfy, but it didn't overshadow the rest of this amazing apartament. Huge plus for it's unique decor :)

Very beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and well-kept. Even though we were 30 minutes late, we were not charged the above fee that was quoted. The house was in the perfect location. Close to everything but also quiet. thank you!!

cement flooring without rugs, really cold in kitchen, AC was not working, power goes out if 2 appliances are used simultaneously, heating went out in the last night, TV small and low quality.

The host responded timely to my communication and was very patient with my arrival which was delayed due to strikes of the train workers on that day. Thank you Claudia and Chicco! It was good to know there is a response and understanding on the other side. Also, the apartment is quite comfortable, the bathroom is big and there are facilities for laundry which I did not use but would be really good for longer stays.

The bath tab. I am sure this will be improved. The bathroom is very comfortable and has space for a nice walk in shower. It would be awesome!

Very central

The apartment is cozy, clean and quiet and has everything you need. Great location - close to the center and to the central station. Claudia is an amazing host. If we visit Bologna again, we will definitely stay at the same place.

Super cute flat where you can feel home abroad. 10 min to the center and close to many shops and cafes. Had a wonderful stay

My partner and I were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was facing towards a courtyard, and therefore very quiet. The room and kitchen were equipped with all the basic necessities one might need during a visit. Our arrival time was a bit later than we agreed due to flight delay but the host was very nice, easy-going and accommodating. It was also possible to leave the bags in safe storage after we had checked out and collect them later. Will definitely stay there again.
