Rooms was lovely but not been clean properly dust everywhere and the bathroom plug didn't fit in the bath

Shower in Abysmal condition, drains backing up. For the price it was scandalous. Staff agency and could not care less. In short nobody was responsible for any thing and not my fault. Reminds me of 1945

We were thrilled at the service we received from the staff and elated that we could leave our car safely there

The room was great everything you needed was in the room staff very helpful.

Clean room.

However, shower had obviously leaked over a long period and stained floor. Whilst told no food was available, we at least expected a proper bar facility, not just a cupboard with a few canned drinks and nowhere comfortable to sit. Drinks were also over priced as just cans bought in and staff occupied only comfortable seating area. Approach to property gave very low impression as old and unkept appearance.

no cooked breakfast and room number one we we stayed was a bit noisy as we were by the front door and next to reception and the breakfast room so didn’t have a very good sleep. will in future stay but in a different room.

This is the most charming Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed at! Mel and all of the staff were very accommodating with all of our needs. We were planing on staying one night, but loved it so much that we booked a second night. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the croissants were very tasty! Everything was lovely and we would recommend anyone who is in the area, definitely stay here!

The staff were really friendly and helpful when I arrived and when I requested coffee/cream and toiletries they brought to my room right away.

The room didn't really look like the photos on booking.com and I was not made aware of the restaurant being closed until after I booked. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from people in the next room. My last night there, the fire alarm above my bed continually went off during the night. I'm assuming it was faulty. It was a sleepless night and noone around to get assistance. I ended up leaving before 5am due to the alarm continually going off. There was no way to shut it off either. Very disappointed.

The rooms were massive, comfy beds and big bathroom

Would definitely stay here again very pleasant hotel close to where we needed to be and ideal for parking whilst away on holiday breakfast was ideal

Close proximity to the airpor. Very quiet location. Wide variety of breakfast choices.

I had a difficult time, figuring out how to turn on and off the shower faucet.

Unfortunately there was no bar or restaurant available when we stayed so we had to drive to a nearby pub for an evening meal

the service has deteriorated a lot since last used it - breakfast terrible. ceilings of both rooms had mould on them. used to use this hotel regularly but won’t return.

lovely comfortable big room very clean noise from airplanes to be expected as Gatwick runway was just across the road !

breakfast was sort of continental wasn’t that good but plenty of it no evening meal as chef had left shame because stayed here before evening meal was super they need advertise more you can leave your car safety £5 a night taxi to airport £17 so much cheaper than airport parking and park ride
