property owner worked with us to overcome language barrier as we prepared for our stay. we ended up not arriving until after 4 am due to delayed flight and long immigration line at airport. we had detailed instructions about how to enter the apartment though the owner had someone meet us there to allow entry. the apartment was clean and the AC in the bedroom worked fine. we only were there for less than six hours total for a clean bed and shower. this was more work than a hotel (communication and entry) but also somewhat more affordable. also felt safe.

wasn’t aware we needed to pay cash for the fee and thought we had prepaid. ended up leaving USD and receiving some DR pesos as change.

The facility was spacious and conviently located.

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that caused urine to drip on the floor. Very bad smell. It would have been nice ti have a clothes dryer in the unit.

We only used the refrigerate but kitchen area should be fumigate. The secondary bathroom need the shower head to be fix.

place was full of roaches 🪳 kitchen and living room the only reason stayed in that place was because was very late night and dirty wall

need little more touch for things like sugar salt pepper and more importantly drinking water. need a big bottle for a apartment like that.
