Price was exceptional

Modern building, very clean common areas and apartment. Nice balcony. Spacious rooms, great for family travel. Nice staff. Plenty of delivery options around from pharmacy to groceries corner stores and resturaunts.

Check out at 10 am for that price. Needs to definitely be 11 at least. And 12 would not hurt.

In the bathroom there is water falling from the ceiling. Also the sink to brush the teeth is not well working. It needs to be fixed.

I loved the space, area, hosts, how available the host was, and accommodating to checking out later. I highly highly recommend the place!

I wish the hot water was hot instead of warm.

The rooms are pretty big and veey comfy. And every rooms including the living room had a tv. It was so relaxing and quiet

As soon as I confirmed, I received detailed instructions with GPS location from the Manager. The on-site representative was their and immediately assisted with the check-in. This location is secure and came with a remote to the gate for in and out access. The apartment was very clean. I have stayed in alot of locations in the Dominican Republic, but this apartment was furnished with very nice furniture. Mounted TVs in both bedrooms, 55in, not like some places with 20in monitors. I had been in country for 10 days and was flying out of Santiago Airport which was like 12 minutes away. Ask for apartment B2, not sure if he manages the whole building, but we loved our apartment. I hope he keeps this affordable, we had the whole apartment, I would definitely stay there again. I have been all over the island, I'm glad we chose this at the last minute. 10 Stars

Everything was clean and the location is very good.

Great location and great property very secured.

I am 63 and was on the fourth floor; if I was told that I would not have booked it. The person responsible for changing towels and cleaning was not always available.
