È una struttura bellissima, super pulita e posizionata al centro. La consiglierei mille volte.

Nulla, tutto impeccabile.

Mutfağı olan temiz bir daire. 2 kişi için yeterli. Ancak biz tam kış ortası gittiğimiz için belki de, epeyce soğuktu. Banyoda bir boydan balkon kapısı var. Banyo hiç ısınmıyor. Fakat sevimli bir banyo. Yazın güzel olabilir. Fransız filmindeymiş gibi :-)

Yorumlarda asansör güvensiz diye okuduğumuz için pek güvenemedik ve her seferinde 5 kat çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Ortopedik problemlerim de olduğu için biraz zorlandım. Asansörü korkarak iki kez denemek zorunda kaldım.

Location was fantastic, the owner was very friendly and explained things clearly. The quality of the interior and furnishings would surprise anyone looking from outside the building

Posizione ottima casa accogliente cambi letto e asciugamani puliti ,riscaldata e funzionale

Ascensore terribile si è bloccata con un solo adulto e due bambini ed un trolley anche se avuto indicazioni dall host non andava comunque . Cucina è l unica parte di casa da sistemare mobili con ante rotte molto improvvisata

El apartamento era bastante amplio y para 4 personas está muy bien, si vais dos te sobrará el espacio. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días ahí, lavadora incluida. Muy céntrico.

La opción de pago con tarjeta no es disponible, aunque si que es verdad que el señor vino a recoger el dinero en efectivo en menos de 15 minutos después de avisarle de la llegada. Creo que el parking público más cercano es de pago en efectivo, lo que puede ser problema si vas en vehículo.

Black and White offre davvero una posizione centrale eccezionale, che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più comodo. È stato un piacere essere a pochi passi dai principali luoghi di interesse della città. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione all'ordine dell'appartamento. Ogni dettaglio era curato, il che ha contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno davvero confortevole. L'appartamento è sufficientemente spazioso e ben arredato.

Un aspetto che avrei migliorato durante il mio soggiorno è stata la mancanza di un ascensore in grado di ospitare più di tre persone contemporaneamente. Questo ha reso gli spostamenti all'interno della struttura un po' scomodi, soprattutto nelle ore di punta.

Was very spacious any clean, the owners communication was great and was in a good location

The lift was a little scary, very loud outside at night time, however this is not anything wrong from the property perspective

It’s clean , spacious and looks exactly like in the photos and specially is still very central to old town. And the owner was so nice. What was nice also is that down in the building is a security guard and camera so it makes you feel more safe .☺️

I Liked everything, it’s worth the money . Ah the lift was little bit scary but fun also 😂 but that don’t have anything to do with the apartment .

The apartment far exceeded my expectations. It is very big for how cheap the accomodation was and it came equipped with everything I needed. The location helped although for me it wasn't the most important criteria. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the couch that could be used to relax or to have another friend or family member sleep over. Table was great and it helped me get some work done. All in all everything was excellent and the self check in was easy to understand and execute.

The noise is a bit irritating even with the door to the balcony closed. The bathroom has some outdated furniture and mold in some places which is not aesthetically pleasing. If the host solves this bathroom problems I foresee this apartment being booked much more often.

Sunt multe de spus la ce nu mi-a plăcut. Foarte frig am tremurat toată ziua și toată noaptea de frig. Parchetul din camere model foarte vechi și unde puneam piciorul scârțâie. Apartament cu vedere în bulevard și fără geamuri s-au uși din termopan o gălăgie infernală. Dacă faci duși apa se scurge diresc În camera în loc să aibă pantă de scurgere către interiorul căzi. Pe site eliminarea apartamentului este la ora 12 și în locația scrie la 11. La confirmarea comenzii mi sa dat un alt apartament cu o altă adresă și după am primit mesaj cu altă adresă și alt apartament

Ambiente molto carino e ben arredato per un soggiorno di breve durata va più che bene .Posizione molto vicina al centro storico , la metropolitana è praticamente di fronte al palazzo , da far raggiungere i luoghi più rinomati della capitale .

Nel bagno e nella cucina si sentiva la puzza di fogna forse non sono sifonati

The water didn’t run thrue the drain of the bathtub where we took a shower and it leaked partial away on the floor. Made a commend to the owner about it. Will be fixed. The elevator to the apartment makes a sudden stop, can make you a bit sick if you are easily feel that way

Very good position, property so kind, we were be able to leave the luggage in the apartment and took after the checkout.

Some furniture was old, like the whole kitchen. To clean a little bit better.

Very old building and not well maintained. In the kitchen, some of the furniture is broken, in addition, the parquet in the kitchen requires thorough cleaning. Cockroaches in the bathroom, awful!

Lovely, clean apartment in Central location, easy walking distance to Old Town and interests. Well served by public transport from the airport. Easy, clear and proactive communication from owner via WhatsApp. The apartment is on 7th floor. There is a tiny lift that fits 2 people or one with luggage. It's an older building, the stairs and the lift both add to the character.

The lcation was awesome! There was no problem finding a parking spot in the street. Lots of coffee shops, super markets and all you need. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Instructions were very clear and the host was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

The entrance of the building is smelly of molded amd worse. That is terrible.

The appartment was really cozy and well equiped. Everything we needed for our short stay in Bucarest. The owner is really kind.

The bathroom door is hard to close

Place was spoteless, as usuall. I've stayed with them before and will surely do again. The location is really close to Metro acces point and other public transports, 10' walk to Piata Universitatii and Old Town.
