Pat (a lovely person) and my room most of all - Pat has created a lovely haven there and access to the Kitchen is a real bonus for self-catering meals. If on foot, knowing the R6 Bus timetable from near St Mary Cray's Rail St to Wotten Green (just a brief walk from the property) moving around becomes much easier. Late night Buses are infrequent however and taxis expensive.
Perhaps a bath screen instead of a shower curtain and minor repair to bath tiling, but these are easily solved.
Would have preferred black-out curtains and a small fan for very hot days/nights (but I feel certain I could have asked if one could be provided as Pat is very accommodating)

The location was peaceful which was exactly what was looking for location wise, I was able to fulfil all of my tasks. I really just enjoyed getting away from the fast paced London lifestyle for a while.
I don’t have anything to say that could’ve been better, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It's pretty clear the host really cares about providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests through the attention to detail throughout the home, such as helpful notes and toiletries available,
Overall a pleasant stay and host messaged me to ensure everything was okay

The only thing I would suggest could possibly be to have locks on the bedroom door as some people like myself would feel a bit more secure.

Patricia the owner was very kind and welcoming. She took great care to settle me in and help me find my way to the property when it was dark and snowy.
The room was clean and I appreciated the facilities: kettle, things to make tea, fridge and microwave, also TV.
The bathroom downstairs could maybe do with a spruce up and change of towel.
The location was a little out of the way- not as central or close to the Princess Royal as I would have liked, but there was a 45minute bus available.

A very warm welcome, just like visiting family/friends. Nice chat and a cuppa on arrival. Offer of "anything else needed". Would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely return and make others aware of this brilliant wee property. The location was perfect for my short visit and this property had such a warm and loving atmosphere. Pat could not have made me feel any more welcome and was really lovely to chat too :)

The floor was not very clean, insulation tape was used to cover gaps in the floor, the bed looked recently slept in not clean. Bathroom was extremely small and not clean (the toilet had a bit of coloured bleach thrown in as if to show had been cleaned). No proper coffee was provided.

Wifi lagging, Tv only few channels work. The real problem was that the landlord or the people working there close the kitchen at 7pm and open it at 10 am, so we couldn’t be anytime in the kitchen because like all people, we have some things to do. Also, they accused us of broken a door when neither of us do anything and then she put times in the kitchen for it. The nearest place to eat or a grocery store was 15 min of the place.

We had the best time at Love and Peace. Pat was an incredible host, really friendly and even stayed up to let us in really late (and at the last minute). The room was perfect, clean and comfortable, and she even made us sandwiches to take away!

the lady sent us to another accommodation 5 minute drive away than where we originally booked and we wanted to stay where we originally booked. This was abit of a faff as we had to then drive back to the original place. Could have a later check out, but besides that ok place to stay
