An excellent location in the heart of Verona - a short walk to Casa Juliette. Our host was exceptional - facilitated an early check in and late check out which was so appreciated given the very hot weather. The room was pristine clean, comfortable and was way beyond our expectations - excellent value for money.

Location is excellent.
The staff: the guy kept calling us to remind us of the arrival time, because he was not going to wait for us. We had trouble with our transportation, so we arrived late and we had to pick the keys in a distant restaurant. Also for check out, a constant harassment from this guy.
My friend's wife left a very expensive shirt in the room and this guy didn't help us recover it, even though we offered to pay all expenses. In fact, he no longer answered our chats.
The property doesn´t have an elevator and the rooms are in the third level. We are senior citizens, so you can imagine how hard it is to carry a big suitcase all the way up. No help available, because there is NO staff in the place. I'm sure these people don't understand that they are in the hospitality business. No hospitality at all!

Location is wonderful, central but hidden. Communication was great and was relieved I could drop my luggage early. The restaurant below is really good. Free water and coffee in the room. Super nice Romanian housekeeper. Slept well.
A bit shabby but nice and clean. Bit basic, no cups or cutlery, just plastic disposable tumblers & wooden stirrers.

Excellent location in the heart of Verona close to the Juliet balcony and main areas. Hotel was easy to access with a bus from the train station. Bus stop was about 5min walking from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. There is no reception however the check-in was super smooth as they contacted me the morning to arrange what time we would check into the room. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again in future!
The restaurant outside was very noisy until late at night. I am however not sure if this is a once of occasion or happens daily.

We loved this spotlessly clean and comfortable, central apartment. The location was ideal for exploring Verona. The host left clear instructions for check in and check out and was happy to book us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location, right next to Piazza Erbe, comfortable room with a nice view, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. A short walk from parking at Parcheggio Saba Isolo. Good communication from the hosts, with an easy check in and out. Perfect for our quick stay in Verona.

This was such a great place to say, the rooms were great, amazing location and awesome hosts.
We ended up getting our flight date wrong and accidentally booking only 2 nights instead of 3 and they were so helpful and were able to arrange for us to stay another night with them.
A two minute walk away is a big square with heaps of restaurants, shops and while we were there they had heaps of activities and competitions happening as well.
All round amazing place to stay, would definitely come again.

Very spacious apartment! Super clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was a welcomed surprise. Super central, location was a 10!
Slight issue in arranging a time to check in (weren’t able to leave our bags and so we changed our train time so that we didn’t have to carry heavy bags around). The cleaner was able to let us in and show us around.

Great location. Verona is busy in summer, but it was not noisy - even with a restaurant below. (Nice restaurant too.)
At full price, kind of pricey. But we got half off one of three rooms at booking and they gave my daughter an upgrade.

We came to Verona with 14 family members and everyone was very comfortable, location is superb for those visiting as everything is just around the corner, we walked everywhere. Host is very responsive and answered and accommodated our requests. I would highly recommend this place when in Verona!
